Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone oli hyvin tilava ja siisti. Huoneen ikkunat olivat isot ja niistä aukeni hyvä näköala. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja laadukas. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä ja siitä oli helppoa kulkea esimerkiksi ravintoloihin. Hotellin kuntosali oli väljä ja hyvin varusteltu.

Erinomainen palvelu ja sijainti. Hotelli oli myös todella siisti ja huoneemme maisemalla joelle ja Huen kaupunkiin oli aivan upea. Plussaa myös uima-altaasta ja kuntosalista sekä hyvästä pesulapalvelusta. Saimme hotellilta myös ihanan muistamisen häämatkamme kunniaksi!

Hotellihenkilökunta oli ensiluokkainen! Me emme olleet varanneet jatkoyhteyttä Hoi Aniin, ja useat bussit olivat jo täynnä tai oli liian myöhäistä varata internetin kautta. Hotellihenkilökunta lopulta hankki meille kyydin Hoi Aniin samaan hintaan mitä internetissä oli. Lisäksi saavuimme hyvin aikaisin aamulla hotelliin, mutta aikainen sisäänkirjautuminen ei myöskään tuottanut ongelmia (ei edes lisämaksua). Söimme aamiaista sekä saimme pienen infopakkauksen Huen kaupungista, ja siinä ajassa huoneemme oli valmis. Muutenkin hotellihenkilökunta oli aina iloisella tuulella ja valmiina auttamaan miten vain. Aamiainen oli myös erittäin hyvä. Listasta saa valita mitä tahansa niin paljon kuin haluaa aamiaiseksi 80,000 dongin hintaan (taisi olla halvempi jos tilaa etukäteen).

The Customer Service Experience was exceptional, with special mention to Ms. Thien (aka Ms. Sky). She was so welcoming, immediately rushing out to open the door the moment my wife and I was in sight. At the reception we were served a welcome drink during registration. We were totally bowled over by her reception. Ms. Thien again displayed her impeccable customer service when due to a miscommunication, an additional breakfast charge was billed to our hotel bill which I didn't notice until we were well on our journey to Danang. As we had trouble contacting the hotel with our mobile, we engaged the assistance of the reception at the hotel that we stayed in Danang to assist us. Coincidentally, Ms. Thien answered the call and according to my wife, she kept apologising for the error and the matter was subsequently resolved very quickly. The refund was made to us through the hotel in Danang on the very same night. We were really impressed by the speed the matter was resolved together with the refund. Thumbs up to Ms. Thien and The Scarlett Boutique Hotel for exceptional customer service. The hotel is well located within walking distance of Perfume River, Hue Imperial Palace and the entertainment and food & beverage hub without the criwds and noise. The room we stayed in, The Rhett Room, was spacious enough for 2 persons, the decor was very beautiful and pleasing, the bed very comfortable, the room very clean and the bathroom very well stocked with essentials beautifully packed and even has a vanity mirror. Water pressure is strong and for those who loves hot showers, you will not be disappointed. There was a complimentary fruits platter for our 2 nights stay at the hotel which we really appreciate. We later found out that this was the only hotel that provided a complimentary fruits platter out of the 3 hotels that we stayed in during our visit to Vietnam. We had breakfast at the hotel on the morning of our departure and the food was really delicious.

We loved our stay here. Big room, very clean, staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. They made us feel welcome and made a fuss of our baby. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We also really liked the area of the hotel. Would stay here again!

Hue Serene Palace Hotel is strategically located within 1 km from the famous Huong River and Trang Tien Bridge. It features modern rooms equipped and offers free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They recommended a great affordable tour which was really worth the price. The breakfast was amazing!! The location was great as well and close to everything you need. The rooms were very clean and the TV had full cable access so there were many channels to watch. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel to spend Christmas at! Thank you! :)
