The highlight of our visit was the incredibly friendly manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. Whether we had a special request or just needed some local tips, he was always there to help. We opted for a room with a harbor view, and it was definitely the best decision! Every night, we enjoyed stunning views of the fireworks from our window—such a magical touch to the evenings. While the room was on the smaller side, it didn’t bother us at all. Sunset Town is packed with so much entertainment, we barely spent any time (except for sleep) in the room anyway. Breakfast was delicious, offering à la carte selection of Western dishes. On our last morning, we had to leave early and couldn’t enjoy breakfast at the restaurant, but the hotel kindly provided us with a tasty lunch box, which was much appreciated. A great bonus was the free tickets to the cable car and the aquapark, along with access to the skijet show at the Kissing Bridge. Both experiences were absolutely amazing and added an extra layer of fun to our stay. Overall, this hotel provided excellent service, great views, and unforgettable experiences. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc!

This is a fabulously comfortable place on lovely Phu Quoc island. The stand out star is Harry who in his impeccable English made us laugh and also everything so easy from teaching me to ride a scooter to telling us where to go. Very comfortable bungalows.
Absolutely loved this resort. The staff members were kind and helpful, the breakfast had everything, amenities were perfect (they refill your drinking water daily), you could easily change currency, beach was supervised and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Everything was divine. The comfort, the food, the pool and the service. I found that with families travelling with children, Vinpearl provides shuttles to the park, the zoo and the grandworld areas which will make travelling with children incredibly easy. All in all, I would stay again and bring more family!

stayed here for two nights at sea view room last two weeks when i had my vietnam trip.first stop i visited is Duong Dong town in Phu Quoc.the hotel location is good, close to night market,you can walk to there within 10 minutes,also it is close to some famous spots in Duong Dong,like Dinh Cau temple and Dinh Bà Thủy Long Thánh Mẫu. the room is quite big,clean though not a new one.besides aircorn,they provide a stand fan,i love the fan,with it you dont need aircon anymore. staying here is very comfortable, you can watch the sea everyday. the sea view is nice,though you can see other building outside,but not a big issue, cuz Ngoc Chau dont have private beach,so cant ask for more.TV though youtube only,still enjoyable. washroom is ok, they provide basic toiletries, also free drinking water in the room,i love the fridge in the room, cuz i can keep my drinks bought outside here.the price is affordable. breakfast is simple,in mini buffet style,i love its pho,delicious,i had pho bo one day,and another day pho ga or hu tiue ga? both are tasty, you can ask staff to cook sunny side up for you.staffs in restaurant are nice,a girl is friendly and helpful,another boy is hardworking too. Lily the staff at the counter is very helpful,she can speak English, with her help,i booked an half day tour to starfish beach, and also rented a car with driver to An Thoi town, along the way to the south,i visited many places and buying some souvenirs. prices are both reasonable. Ngoc Chau is not a five star hotel,but i really enjoy the stay, will be back again,and highly recommended!

Breakfast is superb - it will not disappoint anyone. Pool is great. Restaurant is top in quality , exceeded my expectations the food. The beachfront is clean and nice. They pick you up and drop you off at the airport free of charge. I will for sure come here again and I recommend this hotel for everyone. Thank you and see you again...soon :)

Tom Hill Resort Phu Quoc exceeded all our expectations! Nestled on a hill, it offers stunning sunset views and a relaxing infinity pool. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the bustling main street with its bars, restaurants, and massage salons—yet the resort itself is peaceful, surrounded by nature, where you wake up to the sound of birds singing. The daily walk up and down the hill was a great free workout! The staff were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and varied every morning. We also loved the free pool table on the terrace—a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to all the local attractions, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!
I like the value, very good price. Great view of the water front and the Dragan Street Bridge. Very active nightlife, clubs, dining etc.
