We stayed in a room on the ground floor with view to the rice fields, the grounds of LumiGardens are not big but nicely placed around the pool. The room is spacious, the bathroom modern and well equipped. We were very positively surprised how comfortable the room was, considering the very reasonable price. For breakfast, LumiGardens offers a lot of fruits, baguette bread and toast and they have an egg-pancake-omelette-service, but try the breakfast soup - it was the best we had in Vietnam. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, also the people who do not speak English well will go to any lengths to help you. LumiGardens is situated outside Tam Coc, but it is an easy walking distance, the hotel is placed away from the street in a back alley. We took bicycles to go to Trang An, which is a nice 9-km-ride through fields and villages. Hua Lo is also an easy distance. Very nice is the Corner Street Spa across the street 477C (the big street) across from the entrance to LumiGardens.

They organized trasportation and pick-ups. Breakfast was very good. You can get drinks there, and the food is very good. The location is very nice, in nature, by the lake and river. You can get bikes there to travel around. If we come to Vietnam, we will definetly take this homestay. I recomend for all people, individual travelers, famillies or bigger groups. In the summer you can relax by the pool and enyoj a perfect scenary. Till now the best place in Vietnam for us.

Staff were courteous. The property is lovely! It has all the amenities one could ask for a relaxing break in the midst of nature.
The place has a phenomenal gym; good variety for breakfast; Tien -- who is part of the morning staff -- is especially helpful. My room was spacious and comfy plus no A/C blowing down right on my face.
Food was very good. The spa treatment was the best we had in Vietnam.

The beauty of this property was the location. Nestled amongst the mountains, this homestay allows for the most relaxing, private, scenic visit. It was one of the most beautiful places we've stayed. This is not fancy accommodation, but visitors have everything they need to relax in the beauty of nature.
The staff was super helpful during our stay. They provided all amenities that we requested, made sure everything was to our liking, and provided exceptional service even after our checkout. Also, the room was very spacious and the resort looked amazing!
We loved the property . Our fabulous room had a beautiful view of the fields and the swimming pool . The rooms were spacious and very clean and well lit. The breakfast was great too and the best part was the staff - they were courteous and helpful in so many ways .
My second year in a row going back to Chez Beo. The place is amazing, nestled between limestone cliffs. It looks like you are in Trang An already. The hosts are lovely and are very helpful to arrange acticities and transport around the area. They were very attentive to my parents (in their 70s). They also host lovely local dinners. The bungalows are simple but clean. Exactly like in the pictures.

Highly recommend. Quiet space close to all amenities. After being in lots of continuous junky areas we enjoyed the reprieve of this place. Great staff who booked everything for us. Accommodated an early check-in with my partner being sick coming off a night bus. Bungalows by river were a relaxing upgrade.
Green Mountain was one of the best places we stayed during our 3.5 week Vietnam holiday. Our Balinese style bungalow was spacious, clean and well appointed. There was a wide range of food options on the menu and the beer was ice cold. The pool was fantastic for relaxing during the heat of Ninh Binh summer days.
Team is great (kind, fun, and efficient) Breakfast are delicious (western and Vietnamese) Rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is recent so everything works fine. Lots of plants and flowers. Thank you to Thoa, Hiep, Mui, and Pham.
Lovely resort pity we only stayed 1 night here. I would recommend at least 2 nights in this beautiful place. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, extremely quite and private. Breakfast was extremely impressive. The resort amenities included also decent sized gym, a spa, and outdoor swimming pools. The service was friendly and lovely really trying to make us comfortable.
