The hosts were exceptional and consistently went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as it could have been. Upon arrival, they went through the key attractions in the area and were always on hand to answer any questions and provide any assistance. They also allowed us to check in earlier and enjoy the facilities at Trang An on our last day after we had checked out while we waited for our transport. The food was some of the best we have ever had (not just in Vietnam), so much of which was fresh from the surrounding garden in Trang An. They also provided free water and complimentary green tea upon arrival.

It is a very new hotel. The rooms are very clean and the owner is always there to help you if you have any questions. In the working hours Linh is there to help you book scooters or transfers to the wonderful world of ninh binh. Bycicles are for free. The laundry service is better than other laundry services and for a reasonable price. The Pool is really with a great view. If you want to swim till late it is possible and the owner will put on the poollights. All in all a great experience in this hotel and we were here 4 days with 2 children

Beautiful renovated family property owned by Dinh’s grandfather. They worked so hard to renovate and convert it into a hotel from 2019. Serene and beautiful garden surrounding the rooms. Quiet. Away from the main streets and just so relaxing to sit in and unwind. The beds are super comfortable, great hot shower with good power, very clean. Beautifully furnished. An incredibly steal, we couldn’t believe the price. LASTLY, and most importantly, Dinh and his mother (Thom) are wonderful hosts. They made us feel so welcome. They let us stay on the last day as we had a train at 11PM all day in their property, let us use the shower and provided towels and shower gel and then invited us to have dinner with him and his mum. It was so special and really made our trip to Vietnam. This has been our favourite place to stay, I’ll remember them for the memories! Also( the food was the best we had in ninh BINH as the restaurants are so touristy. The crab noodle soup for breakfast is a must! His uncle has been making the broth for years so they buy it from him. All the herbs, eggs and fruit are from their own garden!

The family running the place was incredibly kind and hospitable; they went out of their way to accommodate us. They even allowed us to drop off our belongings after we checked out and even let us take a shower before we left, despite not having a room anymore. This level of care and consideration made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!
