This space was absolutely amazing with some of the most beautiful views. The road to get there is steep and windy so make sure to have a good vehicle. Spending time on the balcony with drinks and books during sunset and sunrise is an absolute must. Having a filtered water tap is so convenient so we did not have to worry about buying water at the store for our entire stay. Getting to anywhere on the island is no problem as long as your vehicle can handle the steep and sometimes very windy roads.

Location gave great views of the bay and some surrounding islands. Nice sunsets and a frequent visitor, green iguana, in the surrounding vegetation. We even named him Iggy, as we saw him every day from the screened in porch.

Coffee provided for the Keurig was pretty tasty. Appreciated the provided beach towels, bug repellant, and beach chairs.

Excellent location, walking distance for evening restaurants / bars. Could go snokeling from the hotel grounds. There was a good gymnasium at the hotel. There was a shop on the hotel grounds, did coffee etc.. very good.

Set on St. John's Great Cruz Bay with a private 400-metre white-sand beach, The Westin St. John Resort features free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour concierge service. Excellent support staff: shuttle operators, housekeeping, security, individuals who set up the crib and those who helped in taking and removing our personal items were EXCELLENT! The layout of the rooms were wonderful. We loved the kitchen and its appliances, including the dishwasher. The bathrooms and the individual robes were quite luxurious. And the washer/dryer made life easier for us: we traveled with two children who were less than nine years of age, and an an infant. The children loved the pool and the playground. We appreciated the amenities, and flora and fauna. As local Virgin Islanders, we were glad that the iguanas and mongooses were able to roam freely. And we appreciated the caladiums, bromeliads, junm-up-and kiss-me, wild pineapples and other plants.
