We had an upgraded room that was very clean and spacious. There was free coffee and cookies at reception, which was a nice touch. Breakfast offered lots of hot and cold options, there is plenty of free parking at the hotel and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, comfortable, friendy staff. The cleaning service is also excellent. Location is perfect: walking distance from Pittsburgh downtown. The mini bar is also nice and with nice snacks!
