The hotel & room were very clean and new. We had a king room which i was extremely impressed by the size of the room. The reception staff were very nice, welcoming and extremely helpful we really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was great as well. The hotel provided earplugs which i didn’t understand until during the night when I could hear the person in the next room snoring!! At first i thought it was my husband but this time - no - the noise was coming from the next hotel room. The new build walls must be thin - the free earplugs were greatfully accepted and used. Our overall stay was great and i would recommend staying here i would say 10/10 because how clean everywhere was.

Biloxi, Mississippi is my go to Vacation spot. It’s just perfect, in my opinion. When I want to get away for the weekend, Biloxi is where I go. Their souvenir shops are nice and sells items you’ll need for the beach too. The beach is clean and doesn’t have alcohol containers or such everywhere. I would suggest that whoever is planning on visiting Biloxi during Spring, to make sure you don’t go during Black Beach weekend. (Unless you’re going specifically for that). You’ll have to check online the date for that weekend specifically. I don’t suggest going during that weekend mainly because it’s not kid friendly and it’s a huge disturbance if you’re wanting to go relax on the beach. If you’re into partying, etc. then you will probably enjoy it. I also don’t suggest it because everything will be packed like roads and restaurants. One of my reasons why Biloxi is my favorite, go-to beach is it’s a calm and collected city without being too dead. I enjoy being able to go the beach and relax without huge crowds. If I’m not mistaken, I do believe Biloxi has an arcade for younger ones too. I recently just visited Biloxi and we tried a new hotel, which was Motel 6. It was located across the beach and we had a beach view from our room. We could literally walk to the beach within 5 or so minutes, which was my favorite thing about the hotel. It’s also close to the mall, colosseum, and IHOP. In my opinion, they were within walking distance. Biloxi, Mississippi is overall a great vacation spot.
The downtown atmosphere and food is fun. We ate at Monsour's which offers good food and great service. I truly wish that Vicksburg could find more income sources to take advantage of the Mississippi River history and views to provide more jobs and decent housing. Our purpose for this trip was to visit the new Museum of Mississippi History and the new Civil Rights Museum in Jackson. I'm glad I visited Vicksburg first, spending the night, then to Jackson. To see Vicksburg now compared to what it once was is almost depressing. I know that Cotton was King and the city thrived on slavery. And it was a beautiful city. It looks dormant now. But surely there are smart leaders and business folk that can come together and find ways to attract 3 major industries to settle in Vicksburg. Ken Tupelo
Jackson Mississippi, where do I begin? Segregation and racism is alive and well. I cried every day that I was subjected to the deplorable conditions, and I pray for the people who have to live there. I’d say about 60% of the cities buildings are abandoned- the art district is non existent. Upon arriving to downtown Jackson we were immediately met with a wall covered in human feces. Yes, that’s right, you read that correctly; a wall covered in human feces. This city made me hurt so deeply on an emotional level, I would gladly avoid the entire state after having experienced Jackson. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
Fondren and The District area are good for food and to just walk around. Madison are is a nice area to drive through. Very pleasing to the eye. Mississippi College campus is beautiful. Old Town Clinton is a nice area to visit if you’re wanting to spend a couple of hours in a more relaxed part of town. The Pearl Outlet mall and the flowood outlets are both good outdoor malls (on sunny days).
Ridgeland is a gem in Mississippi. The beauty here is almost unparalleled. It’s SO nice to sneak away to this city every few months (to visit a family member). Give Ridgeland a chance!!!
Baseball!! Attended an away baseball game at Pete Taylor Field verses Southern Mississippi. Had an awesome experience. Fans and everyone we encountered all week-end very accommodating and friendly. Go out to the "Roost", thats where its happening! I would probably make this my adopted hometown, or move there in the future, If I were looking for a new hometown. Ate at Mugshots, and Sullys, both very good...cold beer and great food and good times. Looking forward to seeing some other landmarks and attractions in the future, or staying there on the way to the beach.
Natchez is a Friendly little town full of rich southern charm and History. Decorated with Antelbellum homes on the Mississippi River. walk on the river walk at sunset is a must.Excellent food.
What I like about Biloxi Mississippi is just beautiful and sadly to say each visit we go there we just can’t get a room at the treasure Bay hotel I guess one year in advance to get a stay at the treasure Bay hotel
I have been to many southern cities and towns and I’m very familiar with history but Natchez has a history of its own. Very interesting from a historical sense and quaint town on the Mississippi River. Loved watching the bardges sail up and down the river. Natchez is a must see.
Loved the Melrose,Rosalie Mansions. Also the Downtown Karla Brown Haunted Tour it's a must do learns you a lot of history to Natchez, The jail was most interesting. Beautiful sunset on the Mississippi river, and during the cemetery visit was a double rainbow. Also The Castle Restaurant at the Dunleith Mansion was excellent, great food and service. But touring the mansion, the guide just rushed us through.
I’ve never been to this town. I was just passing through. Small historic town. The location of this Hotel is great!! close to Mississippi River. Scenic drive with beautiful murals. It’s in such a great location. It’s a quiet town and neighborhood. The room was very clean. in fact, the whole hotel, parking and facility was very clean. Yes, outdated but clean so I don’t care about updated or modern anythings. Bed comfy. Pillows comfy. very clean room. Easiest check-in ever. Really did like this place. If I ever pass thru again I will stay again.
We went for a getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel was clean, staff were wonderful, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered was creditably good. A great variety of hot items. The indoor pool was a hit with my husband. The location of the hotel was perfect. Restaurants were near by. There was even a seafood takeout restaurant right next door. We enjoyed a day at the Mississippi Aquarium. We suggest the Aquarium to those traveling with their children. We will definitely stay again.
My family lives in Texas, but my brother was in an accident while he was in Mississippi, so we flew in to take care of him. We checked into this hotel at 12:30 AM, and Nichol was so helpful. We were up all during the night, asking for extra blankets, a toothbrush, a shuttle to a 24-hour pharmacy, etc. The entire staff was exceptional throughout our stay, and the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. They helped turn a really bad situation into a very pleasant one, and we appreciate them so much!
The location is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is lovely and meals at the Oasis Grill were excellent. My kids enjoyed the Waterpark. Views of the gulf are beautiful. Everyone on the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. I had never heard of Gulfport Mississippi before this trip, and we just found it as a convenient stop on a long road trip from NC to TX. After this stay, I would consider coming back for a week because it was just so lovely.
The location was good as it was just off the highway and had a view of the Mississippi River. The hotel was close to restaurants and easy to get in and out. The room had a king bed and a large tv. The beds were soft as were the pillows. Seating was ample with a desk and chair as well as two other chairs with another table which were very nice. Breakfast was very good as the food was hot and enjoyable.
Gulfport
The customer service was excellent! We arrived an hour early and they checked us in no problem. Quick and easy check in process, in and out in 5 minutes! The location was perfect. The outlet mall is right behind the hotel, and it is just a quick drive from many dining opinions. Only a 10 minute drive from the beach and Mississippi Aquarium.
The breakfast was great. Hotel location, style and cleanliness were great. The staff was great. Your employee Susan Beasley was phenomenal! She was pleasant, professional, accommodating and went above and beyond her duties to ensure guest services were exceeded! First time to Mississippi and our visit was great, thanks to Ms. Beasley!
This is a very charming hotel and we really enjoyed the Mississippi view from our room, especially in the late afternoon. The room could be a bit cleaner but was ok for us. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was served by charming ladys, could have more variety but overall we had a very good time. Location is perfect.
Love the stay.. my wife and I stay at plenty of hotels along the mississippi gulf coast.... this is the very one and only hotel that we would like to choose everything time we visit and stay in biloxi... we have and always will recommend this hotel to anyone.... we can not wait until our next stay there in June..
My reservation was not secured. The hotel did not have a reservation for me as Bookings forgot to relay to hotel of the reservation and everything was sold out in the area!! We drove 91/2 hours from Orland Park, Illinois to Oxford, Mississippi to find no place to stay..
Theresa at the front desk is always awesome. My son is a freshman@JSU in the band so I stay there when I come in and I love the hotel and the customer service. I kinda get upset when I have to stay elsewhere when I'm in Mississippi because this is my 1st choice
Location perfect. Super view of the Mississippi River and bridges. The sheets smelled clean as well as the bedding cover. The gentleman staff person was awesome, welcoming and seemingly a very nice guy. Keep him...you def do not want to lose him as an employee.
Great Experience First Time in Mississippi the Hotel staff was great, the breakfast was excellent , clean rooms and hallways , the pool area excellent, My experience was a great one I highly recommend this hotel. We visited Mississippi to leave our son in college.
There is NOTHING that I liked about the property and to be honest if the University of Southern Mississippi wasn’t having a play off baseball game that started yesterday I would’ve left the hotel to find something else but everything was sold out!!
The hotel was beautiful inside and out the staff was courteous and polite I would recommend The hard Rock hotel in Biloxi Mississippi to everyone Great experience the food was great at the sugar factory
The hotel was very clean and very nicely located right on the Mississippi River. It is well worth getting a hotel room with a view of the beautiful and large bend in the river.
The room was very very clean. Unfortunately, in Mississippi that is not the norm. However, this hotel takes cleanliness seriously. The room is huge as well, so very happy
Clarksdale
The location overlooking the Mississippi River and sitting on the veranda looking at the view.
We had a view of the Mississippi River from our 4th floor room that was facing the interstate
The price was Right I was just passing through Mississippi and needed a place to stay
