This place is a nightmare. We left immediately after seeing the condition of the room and found another hotel. It was disgusting.

The smell when you enter the building horrible. The bed was hard, roach on the floor and the lamp shade was all bent and cracked up. Also no headboard for the bed!

NO WASH CLOTHES SMELL OF MARIJUANA, POOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE AND THEY CHARGED FOR 3 OVER NIGHT VALET WHEN ONLY STAYING TWO NIGHTS ICE NOT WORKING ON 3RD FLOOR ALSO WHEN SHOWING MORE WATER ON THE FLOOR THAN GOING DOWN THE DRAIN THAT I SLIP AND FELL. WHEN I TOLD THE FEMALE AT THE DESK SHE SAID I SHOULD’VE BEEN CAREFUL . TOTALLY DISGRACE OF HILTON HOTEL NAME AND SERVICE.

There is nothing absolutely nothing in Jackson Mississippi to see except for a lot of abandon homes and the side streets are like a disaster zone.. however, the people are friendly but you definitely can expect tension in; people on both sides being racist.

They did not have a reservation for us, but charged my...
They did not have a reservation for us, but charged my credit card for $44.01. The manager was talking to some people who were renting a room on a full time basis.
I tried to give him the confirmation number and he informed me again that he did not have a reservation for us and to leave.
If I had read the reviews on this nasty place, I certainly would not have given it a second look.
I believe I deserve a refund since he would not even talk to me or try to look up the confirmation number.

The people are extremely friendly, West Jackson was a little rough looking and the roads are in need of repair. Not somewhere I'd stay if visiting again. Maybe in the center of town or downtown area would be more ecstatically appeasing. overall, it is worth a visit or second visit.

It sounds like I've gone in a different hotel than the reviews, starting from my arrival, at 0900 pm, the attendant was on her phone at the breakfast table, and it sounded like I was interrupting her, no greetings at all, just a checking inn question... than I went to room 425 (there is no identification at the door in this room).
Room smells dirt, the bed was ok..
Had to say that the daytime staff seems to be very friendly, that is one positive of this hotel, all 3 attendant were friendly on my check out...
Nice quiet and clean hotel. Easy to reach just off the I55. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was adequate. Never used the pool, but it looked good. Hotel is situated near a variety of fast-food restaurants and close to downtown Jackson (Capitol Building etc).
Clean, comfortable and modern hotel which was perfect for an overnight stay in Jackson before heading to New Orleans. The room was spacious and fresh, and the free breakfast was simple but decent.
