I don’t remember his name, but he was so welcoming and accommodating at the front desk during check in and the few times I saw him after checking in, he asked how we were doing which made us feel cared for.

Alison - the guest relationship manager - in particular helped us a lot with everything (reservations, what to do and see, etc.) and made our stay unforgettable!
