The apartment was clean and comfortable. Entry was easy. Any issues were quickly resolved. Good location. Elina was always very responsive The only issue has nothing to do with the apartment, but with the situation in Kharkiv. Following the missile attacks, there can be long periods of time without electricity. These are timetabled, but not always adhered to. So using the lift carries a risk of possibly being stuck. There are 160 stairs to reach the apartment. I'm fitter after my stay :) This apart, a really good stay.

This is my second time staying here. The previous manager was an obnoxious and unhinged lunatic, but they fired her, and all the current managers are lovely. (If you previously had negative encounters with that awful manager, I suggest you give this place another chance.) The whole place is super clean all the time, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. Legitimate 24 hour check in, unlike almost every other place in Kharkiv that lies about it. Not a party hostel, this a quiet serene place to rest.

The best hotel to feel the real Kharkiv vibes, it's the third time I've stayed here. But now unfortunately, we have to think not only about the vibes but also about safety while staying in the city regularly attacked by the russians. Just in case there's a blackout, there was a flashlight and a rechargeable lamp, at the reception you can also get candles. The hotel has a basement in case there's a rocket attack. The rooms itself is very cosy and convenient.

I did not stay there as no nd opened the door for me. I messaged and emailed and phoned the host but there was no answer. After standing outside, in the dark, for half an hour, I had to ask a cab driver to drive to another place. He drove me to z good, cheap hotel, where I stayed for my whole time in Kharkiv. I never got any reply from the hosts at Sumskaya 46, even in the following days. Either theyvdoer, or they are just terribly careless.

The apartment is at a top location of Kharkiv, the person fast and friendly and about the Apartment him selfe I can't speak any bad Word, it was Clean everything work's. You have a Coffee machine, a Washing Machine, a Induction Stove to cook, Pretty Fast WiFi and a Smart TV. It was beautiful, my highlight is the indirect Light in the corners. I would definitely come back on my next vacation in Kharkiv. 5 Stars 🌟 from me.

Great location. I didn't need to use public transport at all since nearly everything I wanted to access in Kharkiv was within walking distance. The administrators were very nice and punctual. They even spoke a bit of English (though, of course, knowledge of russian or Ukrainian helped). The apartment is very large and has all that's needed in it for a week/week-end stay.

Fantastic little hotel a short walk from central Kharkiv. I had to find a place to stay very last-minute, and noticed this one was right across the street, so I had no expectations. It was a lucky find. The room was small but very modern and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, it had a great bathroom, and the staff were really friendly. Very happy with my stay at an excellent rate.

Comfortable and modern hotel in the center of Kharkiv. In your room you can find everything what you usually use every day at home. Also, for check-in and check-out, you don't need to wait for a manager, just inform management and they can send a pin code for your room. Highly recommend!

As I have lived in kharkiv for 7years , The apartment is very cozy and comfortable , and located in the best location you would hope for in kharkiv city , everything is near , the neighborhood is quite and apartment have a nice view on the square , the host is super polite and helpful.

Svetlana was very helpful. She allowed me to check in early, explained the current situation in Kharkiv clearly and helped me get oriented here. The hotel electricity/generator and wifi have been reliable. The restaurant/bar next door is an added plus.

Polite and attentive personnel, luxurious spa facilities, perfect pool. Restaurant offers fine dishes and good service. Everything went well beyond my expectations. I'd recommend this hotel & spa for anyone who is looking for a nice resort in Kharkiv.

A hidden gem in Kharkiv. Staff are extremely friendly, rooms are modern and spotlessly clean and located right next to the city centre. Will definitely stay again. Stay safe and Glory to Ukraine !

Multiple secure entrances, warm rooms, comfortable bed. The receptionists were all helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others if they were staying in Kharkiv for a few days.

The best hostel in Kharkiv. Everything was spotless, excellent facilities in the kitchen, friendly and accommodating staff. The room was very comfortable and warm in the winter.

This hotel has the option of underground rooms with no windows that are very safe & comfortable - I felt very safe here in Kharkiv and the staff were very friendly

This hotel is my home in Kharkiv, and that is not because I love Kharkiv, but it is all because of the fabulous staff, their friendliness just makes you feel at home.

Location is the best I can get for a room at arrival or departure from the Kharkiv passenger train station.. apartment is 200m from the front doors of the station!

I have been traveling to Kharkiv since 2016. The first and mostly club city hotel, where I prefer accommodation. The hotel deserves the money you pay.🇺🇦🧿👍
