We booked a second night rather than move to another location as was our plan. Everything from the included happy hour to the totally friendly and informative staff, simply was over the top. We called the front desk for some extra coffee pods and almost before we put the phone down there was a knock on the door with a bunch of coffee for us. That is service that you don't find everywhere, particularly given we were on the 12th floor!

Bed is comfortable, breakfast is wonderful with a lots of choices, they would pick you up at high speed train station but you need to book ahead. For sure if I come to Kaohsiung next time, I would stay this hotel again!

The bathroom was first class with a bidet toilet, bathtub and shower jets. I would stay at Kindness Hotel every time if I had the opportunity. Very good value for the price!
