Great location, attentive and helpful staff, spacious room with great views, spotless clean. High quality amenities were provided. We arrived with a rental car, parking was easy and secure in hotel's own garage. Convenience stores, restaurants and fully-fledged shopping malls within short walking distance. Hotel's own bakery looked delicious, wanted to try, but we ran out of time. In sum, everything was great, highly recommend and would definitely want to come again.

Attractively situated in Kaohsiung, Brio Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Brio Hotel is definitely one of my favorite hotels in Taiwan. All the staffs are helpful and courteous. We were very pleasantly surprised the hotel provide good snacks: many different types of crackers but my favorite were delicious coconut crackers and chocolate ice-cream, all kind of juices, fancy coffee machine…all 24/7 and light appetizer for late afternoon and late evening with delicious chicken salad, spicy tomato angel hair pasta and few others. Another favorite was Brio bedding: softest and smoothest sheets I have ever encountered in Hotels. Location was excellent right by metro.

Everything, especially the semi ala carte buffet breakfast, shuttle service to and from ZouYing HSR station, bathroom with nice tub, automatic WC, complimentary mini-bar in room, and comfortable bed. Walking distance to subway station. Was pleasantly surprised that a hotel staff in smart uniform met us on the platform of the HSR station to help with our luggage when we arrived.
