Haroon was very helpful he helped us to choose the suitable room for us. He is doing an excellent job as the hotel staff. Tariq also brought heater for us. He is also good. Although we found owner/manager a bit rude when we complained about low heating problem.

It’s quiet, with the best views, next to the best restaurants and at walking distance from the center. The staff was super friendly and they all spoke fluent English. Hasan was always there to guide us and help us organize our activities. This guy is absolutely amazing and very kind. The people in general were all super kind and that made our trip even more pleasant and memorable. The food was delicious and the breakfast was very nice and a lot! If I come back again one day, I would definitely come back to Aza Cave Hotel! You can see the air balloons from really close! :D

The first expression was the warm welcome of owner Murat and his staff, the kindest and the most honest person I've ever met in my life of traveling, our flight gets delayed and we reached late but he was there to help and Ensure a smooth check-in and we enjoyed the tour we have for our entire stay. He booked our Hot air balloon ride in advance without asking for any penny. 2nd best thing is the sumptuous selection of breakfast from Ali and his Wife variety of selection. 3rd is the most important the room it was is spacious, comfortable beds and location was the best thing as everything was just over walk away. Murat, he helps me to plan my trip as I rented a car and I can say the best trip ever with the help of Murat. if you are going to Cappadocia stay in this place you will not regret to mark my words.

Locatia este foarte buna, langa zona centrala. Curtea interioara este plina cu pomi fructiferi. Piscina isi merita toata pozitia si rolul pe un timp calduros. Camerele, in pestera, sunt extraordinar realizate. Baietii de la receptie, cei mai receptivi si plini de dispozitie la orice ora, gata oricand sa ajute cu orice sfat si cu orice este nevoie. O locatie excelenta pentru vizitat Cappadocia. Piscina face totul in zona respectiva. Micul dejun foarte bun si pe placul oricui. Recomand cu drag acest hotel.
Ne-a plăcut totul, confortul camerei, faptul că era ca in peșteră, lucru inedit pentru noi. Priveliștea o ti tăia respiratia, liniștea și facilitățile hotelului. Piscină superba pentru o zi de relaxare intre plimbarea cu balonul la răsărit de soare și turul cu ATV-ul la asfintit. Bucătărie foarte buna si tradițională, personal foarte amabil și gata sa-ti satisfacă orice cerere. Grădină cu balansoare unde seara si dimineata ne răsfatam. Recomand celor ce vor sa se case de in Cappadocia.
Am petrecut, impreuna cu familia, o vacanta minunata la IVY Cappadocia. O locatie excelenta, cu o vedere superba asupra baloanelor, curatenie exemplara, mic dejun savuros servit pe terasa hotelului. La toate acestea a contribuit Murat si sotia lui, gazde foarte prietenoase, care ne-au dat cele mai bune sfaturi pentru a vizita intreaga zona si a zbura cu balonul. Deja ne dorim sa revenim la IVY Cappadocia!
Micul dejun ne-a depasit asteptarile, locatia e perfecta pentru a vedea baloanele dimineata de pe terasa, camera a fost foarte spatioasa si curata, la fel si baia. Terasa hotelului este ceva de vis, am trait 2 nopti de basm. Ne-am intoarce in Cappadocia oricand am avea ocazia si cu siguranta ne-am caza tot aici. Am recomandat hotelul tuturor prietenilor.
Personalul hotelului a fost foarte amabil si primitor, acestia ne-au ajutat sa gasim tururile perfecte pentru a vedea cat mai multe atractii din Cappadocia. Camera a fost una spatioasa cu posibilitatea de prepararea unui ceai sau a unei cafele, iar curatenia a fost facuta zilnic. Micul dejun a fost variat si delicios. Asadar, totul a fost excelent.
Cred ca este una dintre cele mai bune locatii din Cappadocia. Perfect amplasata cat sa te bucuri de toata privelistea. Cel mai mult am apreciat ca este o locatie aerisita, cu terase mari si spatii libere, nu este inghesuit ca la majoritatea hotelurilor din zona.
Amplasare centrala în cel mai turistic punct al regiunii Cappadocia. Personal deosebit de amabil și drăguț, mic dejun bun pe terasa hotelului cu priveliște superba. Recomandăm.

Personalul foarte amabil, managerul este si pilot de balon si poti lua foarte usor de la el zborul cu balonul. Tot de la hotel poti pleca si in tururile din Cappadocia.

Best location in Goreme, with magnificent views overlooking the town. The staff could not have been anymore helpful, they helped us with everything about our trip. Serkan at the hotel made our holiday amazing, helping with arranging transport and any help with trips or advice we needed. (Unusually the Balloon rides had been cancelled for 8 days running because of weather but we managed to get a place the first day it was available, all because of Serkan at Miras hotel - only for him I think we would have missed out on that once in a lifetime experience. We are so grateful). The hotel was so clean and comfortable and rooms were cleaned with real care every day. The breakfast was fit for a king and queen, fresh food and excellent cooking. Thanks to everyone at Miras, we will be talking about this trip for years to come!

Localizarea excelentă , camera este in pestera , curățenia este foarte bună . În cameră există toate mini produsele necesare. Foarte atenți la detalii . Piscină încălzită în care am putut intra în februarie . Baloanele dimineață vin până aproape de câțiva metri de hotel. Parcare supravegheată video . Efectiv intră în top 3 hoteluri în care am stat. Micul dejun de asemenea foarte foarte bun .
