Location was great, rooms clean and the whole atmosphere was cool. An extra bonus was the delious Turkish buffet breakfast every morning. The staff were so helpful with booking tours, airport transfer, recommendations and even set up a private day tour/ shuttle just to accommodate us and what we wanted to go see and do.

Everything was perfect about our stay. The view of the surrounding is out of this world, the garden is so beautiful, the food is delicious and the cave rooms are so special. The staff is very helpful and organized our balloon ride and excursions prior to our arrival. The most famous rooftop is in the sister hotel which the guest have access to take the famous pictures. We will never forget our experience here.

We had a great time during our stay, even though we travelled to Goreme for Balloon flights and didn't have a chance to see any balloons :). The stuff is amazing, really helpful.
