The Teak Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a restaurant and bar in Mae Sot. This 4-star hotel offers luggage storage space. Always smiling and helpful staff. The rooms are wonderful and super clean. My girlfriend and I stayed at The Teak for one week in December and we could feel the Christmas atmosphere around this hotel with all the Christmas trees, decoration and music. Hands down, one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Thank you for everything, The Teak staff. My girlfriend and I will be back again.

I cannot say enough about the staff...they have made my stay here extremely comfortable. From the staff running the front desk to those maintaining the rooms! Even the security guard treated me very kindly & was very helpful. They have been outstanding! I stayed for over a month & I am very pleased with my stay. The rooms are spotless! They are thoroughly cleaned every day! The bed is extremely comfortable (I stayed in the room with the King size bed. Shower is nice & hot! No hot water at the sink, but also not too cold so I didn't mind. Water (2) is included as well as coffee and an electric hot water 'kettle'. Great lighting in the room. Balcony provides a lovely view of Myanmar mountains & more.

Baan Kiang Chan Resort in Mae Sot has a restaurant and barbecue facilities. Featuring a garden, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Great value for the price. The room was very clean and comfortable - spacious with a comfy bed, hot water shower, good A/C and a refrigerator. The location is good for its privacy (at the end of a small soi), and it's nice and quiet. It's near enough to restaurants and shops but is a few minutes away from the central area where markets and offices are located. They provided a bicycle which was very helpful, it's a two-minute ride to 7-11 and about a 5-10 minute ride to the downtown area. Breakfast was good; usually fried eggs, toast, various meats (I'm vegetarian but had plenty to eat) and either fried rice or congee, with juice and instant coffee.
