They are thoroughly cleaned every day! The bed is extremely comfortable (I stayed in the room with the King size bed. Shower is nice & hot! No hot water at the sink, but also not too cold so I didn't mind. Water (2) is included as well as coffee and an electric hot water 'kettle'. Great lighting in the room. Balcony provides a lovely view of Myanmar mountains & more.

Great value for the price. The room was very clean and comfortable - spacious with a comfy bed, hot water shower, good A/C and a refrigerator. The location is good for its privacy (at the end of a small soi), and it's nice and quiet. It's near enough to restaurants and shops but is a few minutes away from the central area where markets and offices are located. They provided a bicycle which was very helpful, it's a two-minute ride to 7-11 and about a 5-10 minute ride to the downtown area. Breakfast was good; usually fried eggs, toast, various meats (I'm vegetarian but had plenty to eat) and either fried rice or congee, with juice and instant coffee.
