They delivered excellent service and we came in with a lot of dirty laundry and they fixed everything in four hours. They have amazing food in the restaurant for a very very good prices. The pool was good and the hotel it’s very clean and the stuff is really good and it’s a lot of people working there, and this made the service quick and very enjoyable. I really recommend this hotel, if you travel to Mae Sot.

The room was spacious with a separate seating area and desk/dressing table area. The bed was super comfortable (memory foam). The bathroom had a good shower and very good quality fluffy towels. There was a kettle and cups (no tea or coffee - there is a cafe downstairs). The cafe serves excellent coffee and cakes/pastries - there is a discount for residents. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance and a mini C convenience store about 250 metres away.

Great value for the price. The room was very clean and comfortable - spacious with a comfy bed, hot water shower, good A/C and a refrigerator. The location is good for its privacy (at the end of a small soi), and it's nice and quiet. It's near enough to restaurants and shops but is a few minutes away from the central area where markets and offices are located. They provided a bicycle which was very helpful, it's a two-minute ride to 7-11 and about a 5-10 minute ride to the downtown area. Breakfast was good; usually fried eggs, toast, various meats (I'm vegetarian but had plenty to eat) and either fried rice or congee, with juice and instant coffee.
