Located 500 metres from Klong Khong Beach, Chom Dao Resort offers 2-star accommodation in Ko Lanta and features an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. We loved the kindness and hospitality of the staff. The bungalows were very nice and we got upgraded to a better one upon arrival. They have an incredible breakfast and we were very lucky to spend a Wednesday night there, in which they offer free buffet to all the customers. They also had motorbike rental and laundry on site which we found very useful and convenient.

Our room was large and spacious, impeccably clean, and the AC worked great. Ya the owner was extremely hospitable and made sure we were happy with our whole experience. The cafe/restaurant was also quite good; I highly recommend the smoothie bowl.

The wooden construction and interior was beautiful and gentle and a big contrast with the hard white walls so common nowadays. It feels like a house from another time. Of the six places on the current tour of Thailand, this was my favorite.

Everything was excellent, we had beautiful room on the beach, very clean and comfortable. The biggest acknowledgements go to staff who was very kind, helpful and dedicated. The resort has nice pool and good massages. Food in the restaurant was also great. Ko Lanta is beautiful island, we rented a scooter in the resort for exploring it. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Gorgeous resort. Restaurant was nice and staff very helpful. I loved the nearby beach and pool is very large. Rooms very comfortable. You need a scooter to explore most of the island. But lots of things accessible via taxi or walking
The staff were friendly, Sarita at the front desk was super helpful, she booked us on a 4 island snorkel tour and it was great. Breakfast was varied and good.
Beautiful grounds and beach but the best thing about this place is its staff. Such kind and lovely people working there, all doing their best to provide a memorable vacation and all so genuine and nice, willing to help all of the time. Thank you all!! Also, the breakfast is fantastic, lots of good options that change daily. Rooms are super spacious, ac works very well.

The resort is a hidden gem. Everything about it was incredible - the location, the staff, the accommodation, the food. It sits right on a hidden beach off the beaten track, so not many people at all. It was so peaceful the whole time. The staff were amazing: Patrick, the owner, goes out of his way to get to know you, and has formed firm friendships with many returning guests. Easy to see why. The bar and waiting staff were all amazing, getting to know your names. We would recommend this resort in a heartbeat. They also have some very friendly pet dogs and cats on site! The sunsets by the beach were so special. One tip: bring everything you need as you're not near any shops!
Amazing location and set up for families with young children. We were lucky to meet similar other families in a similar position to us and children and parent all got along well!
