We were contacted and asked if we would rather stay in the Ndlovu camp than in the Bubhesi camp, so we decided to take up this offer. This was a great choice, as it reduced the distance that we had to travel and enabled us to enjoy the animals at the waterhole around which Ndlovu is built. Even though there is no electricity at Ndlovu, there are more than enough kerosene lamps provided to have light in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable with big mosquito nets.

Nestled in the Lubombo Mountains, Mabuda Guest Farm has been described as “the place of dreams”. This working farm offers a range of self-catering, country style accommodations. Loved it and the coffee is so delicious. I got some souvenirs from the coffee shop. Helen and the staff were so kind to welcome me even though I arrived late around their duty time.
