After a long day of exploring, sinking into the hotel’s comfortable bed felt like a luxury. But the cherry on top has to be the breathtaking view overlooking the Baltic Sea, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that’s hard to put into words. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Dating back to 1881, this family-owned hotel is located in central Västervik, right next to Västervik Train Station. It offers individually decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. It was very nice hotel in downtown. I will definitely stay here in my next trip.

The best spa we have ever used. Dinner excellent. Room fabulous with amazing view. Comfy bed and quiet rooms. Staff on reception made us so welcome and attended to our every need. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Also very knowledgeable about the history of the place and the area. We went down to the lake for a swim and used the wood burning sauna. There were also canoes and rowing boats for all the guests to use. My daughter enjoyed the hobby horses and I saw others making use of the croquet set and the bikes. We have decided to go back next year and stay for more than one night in order to make the most of the facilities 😊

Within 5 minutes’ walk of Växjö Station and the main street, Storgatan, this family-run property offers good-value accommodation and a dining room with microwave and refrigerator. The fact that the hotel had a heated pool and a sauna was the primary reason we chose this hotel. We were extremely happy with the choice, we could even park the 3 motorbikes in the private area and head out for drinks in the evening.
