Situated in Jukkasjärvi in northern Sweden, the Icehotel features rooms entirely made out of sculptured ice from the neighbouring Torne River. Warm rooms are also offered. Icehotel365 was amazing and definitely worth of visit especially during warm summer days. The visit was included in the room's price and you could visit the place more than once. The superior warm room was nicely styled and spacious.

Please note that bedlinen, towels and departure cleaning are not included in the rate of Cottages, Quadruple rooms, Family rooms and dorm beds. The facilities were amazing. So many lounges and sitting areas to avail of. The restaurant was very basic but the food was fabulous. As gluten intolerant they were amazing to me.

Surrounded by mountain nature, the family-owned Camp Ripan .is a 10-minute car ride from Kiruna city centre. Camp Ripan is an excellent choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold food options. One standout feature is the ability to request a freshly made sunny-side-up egg, which is a rare perk at many hotels these days. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and perfectly suited for a family of four, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. Whether you're traveling for leisure or adventure, Camp Ripan delivers a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Hotell Fjället er staðsett 250 km fyrir ofan norðurheimskautsbauginn í Björkliden og býður upp á útsýni yfir Lapporten-dalinn. Það er með veitingastað, litla kjörbúð og ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna. We stayed at Hotel Fjället for 3 nights just before Christmas 2024 and absolutely adored this place. The location is stunning and unique yet easily accessible by night train from Stockholm. Upon arrival, an employee met us at the station to fetch our luggage. We walked up to the hotel (about 10 minutes), absorbing the atmosphere of the place. Sitting on top of a hill, Hotel Fjället overlooks lake Torneträsk and the iconic mountain Lapporten behind which we saw the sun rising around 9am. Our room enjoyed a mountain view as well. The bed was comfortable and besides the basics (wifi, TV) I liked having tea/coffee facilities in our room. There are hiking trails and ski slopes around the hotel. You can rent Wintersport equipment at a small shop next to the hotel.Just before Christmas, it was rather calm. Apparently, the ski season starts later. You'll find a pretty well-equipped gym and two Saunas. After our hikes at -18°C we really enjoyed the Sauna:) The hotel's common areas were very cozy with fireplaces, Christmas decoration and incredible views. There's a bar, a shop for the most important groceries and a good restaurant. All the staff was really nice, friendly and much more communicative than I am used to from Southern Sweden.

Grand Hotel Lapland er staðsett í miðbæ Gällivare, beint á móti Gällivare-lestarstöðinni. Þetta svæði er þekkt fyrir bæði miðnætursólarnar og einstöku norðurljósin. Exceptional breakfast, comfy beds & bathroom, very enjoyable in winter and summer, luxurious rooms, gym, cosy lounge area with free coffee and tea etc., and very helpful and friendly staff! Conveniently located across the train station. Despite being more outdoorsy people, we always look forward to staying here.

Skogen-Lodge er staðsett í Koskullskulle og býður upp á verönd, veitingastað og ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna á gististaðnum. Öll herbergin á hótelinu eru með fataskáp. Staf was very friendly and beds very soft. Nice after tentlife. Breakfast was also very good.

Located by Mount Luossavaara, Malmfältens Folkhögskola offers free parking and brightly decorated rooms with free WiFi and a TV. All guests have access to a shared kitchen and lounge. nice location, little room but clean, the shower was shared but no problem with that, also a little room with a kitchen, good breakfast
