Scandic Kiruna ligger 5,7 km fra Kiruna Station og tilbyder 4-stjernet indkvartering i Kiruna samt bar. Ejendommen har restaurant, gratis cykler samt fitnesscenter og sauna. Lækkert hotel af høj god kvalitet og standard. Jeg var oppe og se udsigten fra øverste etage, hvor der også lå et træningslokale. Men det sprang jeg over. Hotellet ligger klods op ad et busstoppested hvis man skal videre rundt i Norrland, f eks til Nikkaluokta som jeg skulle dagen derpå.

Situated in Jukkasjärvi in northern Sweden, the Icehotel features rooms entirely made out of sculptured ice from the neighbouring Torne River. Warm rooms are also offered. Icehotel365 was amazing and definitely worth of visit especially during warm summer days. The visit was included in the room's price and you could visit the place more than once. The superior warm room was nicely styled and spacious.

Please note that bedlinen, towels and departure cleaning are not included in the rate of Cottages, Quadruple rooms, Family rooms and dorm beds. The facilities were amazing. So many lounges and sitting areas to avail of. The restaurant was very basic but the food was fabulous. As gluten intolerant they were amazing to me.

Surrounded by mountain nature, the family-owned Camp Ripan .is a 10-minute car ride from Kiruna city centre. Camp Ripan is an excellent choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold food options. One standout feature is the ability to request a freshly made sunny-side-up egg, which is a rare perk at many hotels these days. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and perfectly suited for a family of four, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. Whether you're traveling for leisure or adventure, Camp Ripan delivers a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Hotell Fjället ligger 250 km over polarcirklen i Björkliden og har direkte adgang til løjperne fra døren samt udsigt over Lapporten-dalen. Der er restaurant, minimarked og gratis wi-fi overalt. We stayed at Hotel Fjället for 3 nights just before Christmas 2024 and absolutely adored this place. The location is stunning and unique yet easily accessible by night train from Stockholm. Upon arrival, an employee met us at the station to fetch our luggage. We walked up to the hotel (about 10 minutes), absorbing the atmosphere of the place. Sitting on top of a hill, Hotel Fjället overlooks lake Torneträsk and the iconic mountain Lapporten behind which we saw the sun rising around 9am. Our room enjoyed a mountain view as well. The bed was comfortable and besides the basics (wifi, TV) I liked having tea/coffee facilities in our room. There are hiking trails and ski slopes around the hotel. You can rent Wintersport equipment at a small shop next to the hotel.Just before Christmas, it was rather calm. Apparently, the ski season starts later. You'll find a pretty well-equipped gym and two Saunas. After our hikes at -18°C we really enjoyed the Sauna:) The hotel's common areas were very cozy with fireplaces, Christmas decoration and incredible views. There's a bar, a shop for the most important groceries and a good restaurant. All the staff was really nice, friendly and much more communicative than I am used to from Southern Sweden.

Skogen-Lodge ligger i Koskullskulle og har terrasse, restaurant og gratis wi-fi overalt. Samtlige værelser på hotellet har klædeskab. Naturen stilheden personalet super flinke og jeg er ikke særlig god til engelsk men de var forståelige, super god mad og morgenmad. Jeg er stor fan af dette hotel / overnatningssted.
