It is a surprising place, quiet and clean. My room was very comfortable and spacious. I could come back every summer. The hosts are very friendly and very optimistic. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in Sweden. It is a recommended place. I would give it 10 stars. Greetings

Hotell Hamnen is in Färjestaden and features scenic views over the Kalmarsund Strait from all rooms. Rooms here will provide you with a flat-screen TV, balcony and sea views. The little balcony and the view of the sea. Great restaurant downstairs and we skipped the breakfast on the second day and grabbed a cinnamon roll at the local bakery which is 1 min walk from the apartment. Was great.

Eksgården Krog & Rum is located in Gårdby on the eastern side of Öland island. This renovated building dates back to the 18th-century and offers hotel rooms and apartments. Amazing staff that is super friendly ! Cozy place in nature and delicious food !

This intimate countryside hotel garni is located in the middle of Öland island, a 20-minute drive from Borgholm. It offers a large garden and a free outdoor pool. Free Wi-Fi is available. Good breakfast with availability of glutenfree options. Hotel was situated in a peaceful area with plenty of parking spaces. Rooms were a bit old school but comfortable and inviting. Even some nice drinks, snacks to make ones stay better. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a stove and a microwave alongwith plenty of cutlery, utensils that one can use to cook/warm ones own food. A back garden with a pool and a mini pond with lots of fishes in it. One can rest there and relax if one wants to chill at the hotel and not go around on the island. Two lovely cats who usually say hello in the morning on the way to the breakfast area. Good value for money hotel.

This traditional, countryside hotel is in the Öland village of Kastlösa, 200 metres from Stora Alvaret’s limestone plain, a World Heritage site. It provides 2 free outdoor pools and a large garden. This hotel is definitely a gem of Öland. Very cosy, spacious and tidy room, great shared space with well-equipped kitchen. The personnel is super friendly. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant with traditional dishes cooked according to the recipe of the owner's family. A cold bottle of prosecco was delicious too. The breakfast was tasty and the restaurant is lovely. Perfect quality for the money.

This hotel is centrally located by the main square in the coastal town of Borgholm, only 1.5 km from the historical Borgholm Castle. Genuinely unique hotel with a special atmosphere of it’s own. The restaurant tasting menues are fantastic. Staying and dining here is alone worth a trip to Öland.

Housed in an elegant 1930s villa, this hotel is in central Borgholm, Öland’s largest town. It offers free Wi-Fi and a large garden. All rooms have flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. We had a lovely stay! We stayed for a week and this was the perfect location for our stay!

This hotel is 100 metres from Mörbylånga bus station and 16 km from the Öland Bridge. Guest can enjoy views of the harbour and the Kalmar Strait from the terrace. I enjoyed walking around the town and calling the waterfront.
