This intimate countryside hotel garni is located in the middle of Öland island, a 20-minute drive from Borgholm. It offers a large garden and a free outdoor pool. Free Wi-Fi is available. Good breakfast with availability of glutenfree options. Hotel was situated in a peaceful area with plenty of parking spaces. Rooms were a bit old school but comfortable and inviting. Even some nice drinks, snacks to make ones stay better. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a stove and a microwave alongwith plenty of cutlery, utensils that one can use to cook/warm ones own food. A back garden with a pool and a mini pond with lots of fishes in it. One can rest there and relax if one wants to chill at the hotel and not go around on the island. Two lovely cats who usually say hello in the morning on the way to the breakfast area. Good value for money hotel.

It is a surprising place, quiet and clean. My room was very comfortable and spacious. I could come back every summer. The hosts are very friendly and very optimistic. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in Sweden. It is a recommended place. I would give it 10 stars. Greetings

Denne sjarmerende, familieeide herregården ligger 1 kilometer fra sentrum av kystbyen Borgholm på øya Öland. Både Wi-Fi og privat parkering er gratis. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained including their surrounding gardens. Great and peaceful location, clean and comfortable room to rest in. The staff is super kind and helpful, we loved staying at Herrgård, despite our short visit there! Would definitely return when we get the chance!

This hotel is definitely a gem of Öland. Very cosy, spacious and tidy room, great shared space with well-equipped kitchen. The personnel is super friendly. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant with traditional dishes cooked according to the recipe of the owner's family. A cold bottle of prosecco was delicious too. The breakfast was tasty and the restaurant is lovely. Perfect quality for the money.
