The services , great location and view just across the way from masjid Al nabawi and the closest hotel to Ladies Gate "25" ... Staff were very welcoming as well . Check in was managed by Ms Raghda who was very lovely and helpful , she upgraded our rooms to Haram view just as a kind gesture from the hotel ... Food in the breakfast buffet was excellent as well . They send dates and a big bowl of fruits every day just before iftar time in Ramadan ...

I really wish that they keep this hotel maintained like this in future also so that we would come over again and again without worrying about the 4 km distance from the haram just because of the comfort this hotel is offering.
