Check in was managed by Ms Raghda who was very lovely and helpful , she upgraded our rooms to Haram view just as a kind gesture from the hotel ... Food in the breakfast buffet was excellent as well . They send dates and a big bowl of fruits every day just before iftar time in Ramadan ...
