We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Gobbel. The view from our room's balcony was absolutely beautiful. You can sit in the balcony take in the fresh air & hear the birds & stream at the edge of the property. Secluded property. If you are looking for tranquility... This is it. 5 min drive to Bran Castle & many restaurant options. 40 minutes from Buneti cable cars that take you to Bucegi Natural Park - a must do! The host was AHHHHmazing & the breakfast was great. Traditional Romanian breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Location is incredible View is amazing They are serving rituals shampoo conditioner etc Staff was excellent Breakfast quality is really unbelievable. Eating in front of the castle is worthless. (But even the stay is a bit expensive though :)) Croissant, coffee quality is so so so so good. Waiters are so cute. And of course the owner Mr. Mustafa, he is so so kind and helpful. Thanks to him and the location of the hotel, We’ve lived the enchanted Bran Castle atmosphere. It was an experience that we would never forget in our life!!!!!!!

This is the perfect place to stay before your Bran visit, either the Castle or just the Village. You can park your car in the garden and simply walk after. The cozy small garden is perfectly decorated with dreamy wood-only furniture and a sensible playground for the kids. Inside, it's a great traditional Romanian experience. You will be welcomed by the actual owner, that really cares for you and yours. That was how we felt, the 7 of us. If you're lucky, welcome procedure also includes a toast with traditional Bran Palinca!

Absolutely clean rooms, friendly staff, ideal distance from Bran Castle, only 10minutes by foot, very quite place.. You can find here perfect relax, big clean dayroom, absolutely clean rooms and bathrooms, perfectly equipped shared kitchen, 2 really big fridges.. New jacuzzi with clean water, a lot of sitting outside with awnings and umbrellas,, grill, cauldron, sitting over the stream! We felt like at home.. We was really satisfied and surpised how quality can be accommodation in Romania. 100% reccomend, many greetings to the owner!

There are so many reasons we enjoyed this hotel: amazing view of the entire Bran Valley including viewing the Bran Castle from our terrace, really great food, particularly the breakfast buffet was to DIE FOR!!!. Extremely quiet and relaxing area, where you can truly reconnect with nature. But the best part for us was the very cute library at the top of the hotel with 360 views of the valley where one could lounge for hours and get immersed into reading in comfy cocoon chairs. Adorable place with a very pleasant staff!!!

Super friendly owners who live on site. We were welcomed warmly even though we were 5 hrs late. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely young couple Fantastic veiws and location for Bran just 5 minutes drive . This is a traditional Romanian farm that has been converted without losing its features and ambiance. The wood fired hot tub and personal stoking service every hour or so is absolutely fantastic as are the hammocks around the garden. I love the simplicity of this place and the friendliness of the hosts.

The hotel is a bit older and you can see it on it. However, it is in a beautiful location, with direct views of Bran Castle from the restaurant and balconies. And I must mention the bed - huge and comfortable. There is also a really nice staff, the best we have met during our stay in Romania. The food in the restaurant tastes great (we had pasta, ribs and lava cake). I prefer a sweet breakfast, so I didn't eat much, but my boyfriend was satisfied (there was an interesting selection of canapes and egg dishes). :)

The breakfast was a basket of treats (thus easily transportable. A very nice touch) of cheeses, smoked and cured meats, bread, fruit, jams, honey, syrup, wine, milk, yoghurt. It was absolutely decadent. The interior is more exquisite than the pictures depict. It was not only spotlessly clean, but everything feels completely brand new. A fortune was clearly put into the property. The host was incredibly helpful and always available. I would return to Romania just to be able to stay here again.

The structure and the staff were great. Located in a very nice place, 10 minutes away from the Bran castel but still far away from the crowded area and the noisy street, surrounded be mountains and forest and a small relaxing river nearby. The place is perfect for families with children, as the kids can play and have fun outside. The food was also delicious, everything home-made with most of the ingredients actually produced by them, which is not always something easy to find in Romania.

We were in transit, as such, we enjoyed the close proximity of this place to bars & restaurants and Bran Castle. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning. Overall, the room was spacious and clean, and it had a balcony with the mountain view, which we liked. The bedroom mattress was not the best and with respect to toiletries, we received shampoo only. We did not ask the host for Wi-Fi, as such I am not sure if it was provided or not.

The property was nice and about a 15 minute walk from bran castle which was perfect. The hotel had a restaurant area which we stopped at for lunch before checking out, the food was nice and affordable. The main manager was friendly and welcoming. Beds comfortable. Manager also allowed us to check in early and was very kind about me booking for a single person by accident and allowed me to pay a small charge on arrival.

Nice and relatively modern rooms. Rooms and all other facilities very very clean, which was great. Room was worm and heating was already on (start of October stay). Breakfasts were AMAZING!!! We stayed in 6 different hotels during our 9 days trip in Romania and this one (by far) had most amazing food. Free parking in front was a great plus. Also, it's only 5 minutes drive from Bran, which is super handy too.

Nice, warm and welcoming, which was much needed in the temperatures of Transylvania in early February. Staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. For anyone visiting Romania to see Bran castle the location cannot be beaten, castle can be viewed from the room windows….and the entrance is less than 5mins walk. Overall highly recommended for anyone taking a short, or long, break in Bran.

Absolutely amazing hotel, in a beautiful, secluded location with wonderful views of the mountains. Everything is brand new, the staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help and accommodate our requests. The room is very spacious. I particularly loved that the traditional architecture and decor, and the spa was absolutely wonderful and impeccably clean. Can't wait to come back!

Everything was perfect, the facility is brand new and the design is amazing. Looks like the pictures but without the amazing nature around, perfect for nature lovers. The host is amazing, we had the hottest 2 weeks in Romania when we’ve been there, and Simona did more and beyond to provide us with a fan to make it easier for my pregnant wife. Amazing place worth every penny.

We picked this hotel because we wanted a boutique hotel experience while visiting Bran. We loved everything about this hotel. The room has a beautiful design and an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start the day. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Great location a short drive from Bran Castle. The staff was exceedingly helpful and spoke excellent English, taking the time to show us around the hotel after we arrived, personally walking us down to the pool and sauna area. There's also a sweet, old dog that hangs around the lobby giving the place a warm, friendly feel.

We thought the hostel was very clean and had everything we needed. It has a balcony which was lovely and the host was very accommodating and kind. The location is very quiet and sweet as well as it is a 10 minute walk from Bran’s castle. Overall a great experience! Multumesc :)

Incredible hotel, the rooms and everything outside made with love. Our room was very comfy, with great view to the mountains. Just 5 minutes to Bran castle by car, still far away from noise and tourists, very cute calm corner of nature. Great value for money.

Everything was wonderful! Service and host were very nice and helpful, room was comfy and clean. There is a parking next to the Vila. Hotel is located in a calm place, where is no crowds, but still really close to the Bran castle. Highly recommend!
