This house is just amazing. The location, the design, the cleanliness! We loved to stay in Andrei's villa! The house project is so cool - it is a huge three-bedroom villa with a big living room and open kitchen. The windows in the living room are humongous and give so much natural light which we love. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has various spices and condiments that you may need. The rooms are very nice, you have one master bedroom which is bigger with a separate bathroom and two smaller rooms with a shared bathroom. Every room has a door leading to the garden which is great as well. The garden is so cute, there is a small kids' house as well as a small play area with swings and a zip line. It's amazing for kids to play and enjoy the outdoors. There is also an outdoor kitchen with running water, a barbecue, and a fire stove as well as a big table to fit a big company. It's so lovely to have a meal there or a barbecue in the evening. The villa is located 5 minutes by car from Bran city center. You can also walk around and enjoy amazing scenery or go for a little hike! We truly recommend this place, it's charming! Andrei (the host) is super helpful (he had ordered the new baby crib for our son which was great).

My opinion is about the city, not the castle (the castle is a great place to visit!). Unfortunatelly, the city disappointed me. It is neglected, not managed properly. There are no sidewalks, the park should be better maintained. The city is very small so making it a clean, tourist-friendly place should not be challenging.

Area of Bran is beautiful.
Area of Bran is beautiful. However there are basic issues I think local government should take care of - It is a small village but very busy because of the castle.
Getting around Bran is not so easy if you wish to walk around - no pedestrian paths. The main road of the village is the transit from Bucharest - shouldn't be this way,
The castle itself is stunning from outside, but the visit inside is claustrophobic, and wasn't interesting for our children.
Bran is in a good location for travelling in the area - Zarnesti, Brasov, Biatr Crauilui National Park, All the area has stunning nature, good food and fun activities for families

The ambience of the whole place.
The ambience of the whole place. Very well designed with every little detail. Amazing staff, delicious food and the owners on sight make it very special. Day 16 on a European tour and the best sleep yet. Beds are so comfortable I would give 10 ⭐️ if I could. Would definitely be worth the return. Than you for your hospitality we loved our stay.

Wow what an experience!
Wow what an experience! The view is amazing, like in the pictures and even more.
The cabin is stunning. Spacious, clean, organized, tidy and maintained at a very high level. There is thought about the small details: capsules for the coffee machine, cleaning capsules for the dishwasher, even apple juice in the fridge. They changed our towels and cleaned the cabin.
The owner of the place, Simona, is available for any question and is really attentive and charming.

An area full of medieval history and well-known legends in the heart of Transylvania. Lots and lots of things to see, places to visit and experiences to try. The natural beauty of the mountains, landscapes and old villages full of traditions makes this place a gem. Very close to many other historical attractions, adventures, natural beauties or culinary attractions.

The main attraction there is Dracula Castle, which I believe...
The main attraction there is Dracula Castle, which I believe is over commercialist, thanks to the writer Bram Stoker. There are a plethora of stalls selling local products as well as food. Personally, I`d rather be somewhere else like Cheile Gradistei, Fundata, or Moeciu de Sus where nature is at its best offering postcard pictures of the mountain.
Absolutely clean rooms, friendly staff, ideal distance from Bran Castle, only 10minutes by foot, very quite place.. You can find here perfect relax, big clean dayroom, absolutely clean rooms and bathrooms, perfectly equipped shared kitchen, 2 really big fridges.. New jacuzzi with clean water, a lot of sitting outside with awnings and umbrellas,, grill, cauldron, sitting over the stream! We felt like at home.. We was really satisfied and surpised how quality can be accommodation in Romania. 100% reccomend, many greetings to the owner!
Bran Chalet is worth booking for the views alone. We went in early autumn and sitting on the balcony in the morning looking up at Bran Castle, with the sunlight over the mountains and listening to the roaring stream below was magical. All staff we encountered, without fail, were lovely, accommodating and very personable. The location is great, just a little outside the busier centre, so quite a refreshing escape (especially after being in Bucharest the night before).
Nice, warm and welcoming, which was much needed in the temperatures of Transylvania in early February.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home.
For anyone visiting Romania to see Bran castle the location cannot be beaten, castle can be viewed from the room windows….and the entrance is less than 5mins walk.
Overall highly recommended for anyone taking a short, or long, break in Bran.
