The elegant Lotus Therm Spa&Luxury Resort is located in Baile Felix, right next to the forest and within a 10-minute walk from the centre. Amazing combination of comfortable rooms, excellent food and revigorating thermal baths, with great parking options. Best customer service I've seen in any hotel in Romania, from reception (especially!), to housekeeping, to the restaurant. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and flexible, they even prepared a surprise for someone in our group who had a birthday on the day we checked in. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The room was very clean and tidy and, although next to the main road, it was very quiet during the night. Very good breakfast selection.

I arrived late, around 2 in the morning, but I had received a message with instructions on how to collect the key, room number, etc., and the room was prepared impeccably. All the staff extremely helpfull. The bed is very large and comfortable.

Very good value for money, room and hotel was clean immaculate. We were in transit on the road to Budapest and the Hotel was perfect to get some rest, very comfy bed and the bathroom was very clean and big enough. I really appreciated that coffee machine and snacks were available for free in the room. Vey easy self check in. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel but they are vey tight so you need to park on the edge to let others space as well. You can also find free parking spaces around the building.
