The receptionist/ hotel manager was friendly and even gave us a hand with carrying the luggage. The rooms are superb, well equipped, and very clean, with big balconies, and new modern furniture. The bathroom was especially very clean and very spacious. Everything was very well maintained and functioning. The breakfast is particularly very good, with everything we had being very fresh. All in all, this place offers true value for money, with easy-going and friendly staff.

The elegant Lotus Therm Spa&Luxury Resort is located in Baile Felix, right next to the forest and within a 10-minute walk from the centre. Great place, very kind and helpful staff. At check in, as a gift from the hotel, we received a better room than the one reserved. We enjoyed the nice view from the apartment, room was big and clean, with comfortable bed, modern bathrooms, equipped with everything you need. Delicious dinner and breakfast included, with a wide variety of tasty dishes and drinks to choose from. The spa area was nice and relaxing, with sauna (included) and massage (at an extra price). The access to Aqua Park was included in room rate, with indoor and outdoor hot water pools. The water was exceptional, at a pleasant temperature. We felt really good and we will definitely come back again! Free parking is a plus.

I arrived late, around 2 in the morning, but I had received a message with instructions on how to collect the key, room number, etc., and the room was prepared impeccably. All the staff extremely helpfull. The bed is very large and comfortable.

Unlike in the hotel-own pictures, the bathroom was separated from the room by a brick wall and a white, translucent sliding door, so no voyeur, see-through bathroom.
