Very nice... very nice. Valet, excellent service, etc. Their restaraunt is one of the best in the island. One of the best hotels we've stayed at.

One of the best spa hotels in Europe I can think of, it has unhurried, elegant and stress-free ambiance where you can drop in at the 24 hour open pools rich with iron minerals and the stunning volcanic-inspired spa. One of the best meals we’ve had on the Sao Miguel and staff that goes beyond on service without being obstructive. Had the Terrace Double room and very happy about it

Facing Ponta Delgada’s Marina, the renovated 5 star Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico, is set in a prime location and offers 8 conference rooms and a heated indoor swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a dining room overlooking the ocean. The room was large and clean and the staff very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Very centrally located hotel, lots of restaurant nearby. Like lots of city hotels the rooms are compact but very well appointed. All the staff were very helpful, especially Miguel on reception. Who gave us some great advice on where to eat. Our transfer driver from the airport was great too.
