This was an exceptional experience! The room was spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and very well isolated form the outside noises. Even there were construction work nearby we never heard any noise. The breakfast was very nice! We loved the option to have the typical pastry and the cheese with pepper sauce everyday apart of other options, fresh fruit, different types of pastries and breads, ham and cheese, all perfect! You also have the option to park in the hotel parking. It is easier to get into the parking with a smaller car, but even with a big car you are fine. It is an option that not all hotels offer. What made our stay so exceptional was the stuff at the hotel. The communication was clear, accurate and prompt. In particular, the receptionist/manager excelled in providing us suggestions and recommendation on places to visit and things to do, so we could fully enjoy our time. It was a first class service! I give the Pêro Teive Bay Apartments Hotel my highest recommendation and thank all the stuff to make our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Me gustó todo. El apartamento se encuentra apartado de Ponta Delgada, pero a la vez muy cerca de la ciudad. Se trata de una casa rural con todas las comodidades. Cuando reservamos me preocupaba encontrar cucarachas en la habitación (he leído algun comentario que hace referencia a estos bichitos y una compañera mía viajó a las Azores el año anterior y me alertó de ello) pero no vimos ni una en todo el viaje. Las Azores y San Miguel es la isla más bonita que he visto nunca y es difícil que no te guste todo lo que encuentras allí.
Ponta Delgada
El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado para pasar varios dias en San Miguel, la cama cómoda, con buena ubicacion para recorrerte la isla en coche y para dar un paseo tranquilamente por Punta Delgada. De los pocos apartamentos en los que he estado en los que no encuentro fallos. Perfecto.
La habitación genial, cama muy cómoda y todo tipo de detalles en la habitación, además de unas vistas preciosas El personal muy amable y atento, hemos venido muy contentos de nuestra elección en este hotel Si volvemos a San Miguel nos alojaremos nuevamente aquí, lo recomiendo 100%

El apartamento está ubicado en el centro de San Miguel. Muy a mano de todo. Ana fue súper simpática, amable y sus recomendaciones fueron de gran ayuda. La cocina y el salón están recién reformados. El secador de pelo es bastante potente.

La ubicación en Ribeira Grande y las puestas de sol desde la piscina. A parte del hotel, la isla de San Miguel es una maravilla.

Breakfast was good, but it had been mostly one and the same through whole stay Room was comfortable, big enough, with a terrace toward the ocean. Pools both external and internal were clean and well maintained, but probably I had an allergy to one of the chemicals used to keep it clean, so reduced stay at certain moment. Gaming room with many games available from reception ... we used it when the weather was not good.
Best accommodation in the Azores. Great surroundings of the property, garden, pool and beach by the ocean. Parking spaces quite plentiful. Beautiful and great equipped room, comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfasts. Highly recommend!
The hotel is amazing. It has everything u need for a comfy stay from gym, pools, spa, atm, bar and restaurant. Staff at the reception were more than helpful. They called Airline for me to help me change my ticket. Arranged the tour as well. The room was very comfortable. I had a great night sleep. Location is excellent to explore the city. The staff always responded quickly to my needs. I really enjoyed it.
Breafast was exceptional everything was delicious the room was great view was amazing the location was ok but the hill its on is brutal for someone that walk during our stay overall would definitely return

The most amazing view, also we had the good fortune of being there during the week when a beautiful white mare was left to pasture day and night just between the hotel and the ocean. A proper fairytale fantasy :) Apart from a few badly behaved french children there was an indescribable silence. Only the waves and the seagulls were there, only to make you more and more calm and relaxed.
