Hotel Santa Maria features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Vila do Porto. The breakfast was good - the staff was phenomenal. Aida at the counter was amazing throughout our stay. Helped us with tours , locations , cabs ….. A++++ reception. She definitely loved her job.

This 4-star hotel is situated close to Vila do Porto, a 10-minute drive from the airport, the mountain and the beach of Praia Formosa. Good atmosphere, good room conditions, good staff

Featuring garden views, QUINTA DO FALCÃO in Almagreira offers accommodation, a garden and barbecue facilities. With mountain views, this accommodation provides a patio. Fantastic location for our 2nd night on the island, wish we could have stayed longer. If we come back, we will be contacting you.

A recently renovated holiday home set in Vila do Porto, Casinha do Barreiro - Cosy Private Cottage features a garden. The property features garden and quiet street views. The place is amazing. Aideen is great. If you're looking for a place that's kind of isolated on your own hill top in the middle of nowhere, yet just up the hill from a small town with a great restaurant, look no further. Awesome sunrise when you wake up in the morning. Beautiful stars at night.

Set in Vila do Porto in the Santa Maria region, Casita - Cantinho do Paraíso offers accommodation with access to a hot tub. It was outstandingly gorgeous and the surroundings were breathtaking.

Casa dos Valentes is set in Santo Espírito. This holiday home offers free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. A rustic house with a view, outside the village (700 m to the Brasilian bar in Santo Espírito). On a small hill with a tricky but manageable drive up. Pedro is a very helpful and responsible host and in case of any problem (we had with a hot water) he reacted immediately. The casa with all comfort needed for a nice stay on the island. We recommend Casa dos Valentes very much.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Quinta de São José is situated in São Pedro. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Everything was just excellent.
