Cabins are quiet, have wonderful views and are surrounded by nature while still being accessible to the main towns. The fit and finish of the grounds is wonderful. Cabins are very modern like an Eco-spa may have including air conditioning, private decks and kitchens.

Hotel Os Moinhos is located in São Jorge Island, with views over the highest mountain in Portugal, sited in nearby Pico Island. the grounds and views were amazing! nicely kept hotel rooms too.

Hotel Sao Jorge Garden has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Velas. The view was amazing. Location was excellent. Right across the street from Car Rental. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to many good restaurants and natural pool. 10 out of 10 for the staff…when we checked out at 6 am, it was raining so hard, the guy on duty at the front desk drove us to the ferry….(we had planned to walk to the ferry, and had not booked a taxi, so instead of letting us walk in the rain, we were grateful for the offer to drive us…he went above and beyond!!)

Set in Fajã de Santo Amaro in the São Jorge Island region, Quinta dos Mistérios- Turismo de Habitação features a garden. The property has sea and garden views. Beautiful and large renovated property with a lot of history, still run by the original family who owns it. The large garden is super peaceful and perfect to recharge after a day of hiking in S. Jorge. Everyone at the property was super kind, welcoming, and thoughtful - from D. Graça, the owner, to André and Catarina. Truly a special place that I would recommend without hesitation, and the favourite among all the places we stayed at during our two weeks in the Azores.

Kuanza Nature Experience, Fajã do Belo offers a sauna, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Fajã da Caldeira de Santo Cristo. -One of the most romantic and isolated places. Breath taking view! -Great amenities and facilities, especially the sauna! - Friendly and helpful staff

Varandas do Basalto has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Queimada. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a patio. Everything was neat, clean, new and really comfortable. The apartment exceeded our expectations.

Located in Calheta, Abrigo da Cascata - Casas de Campo - São Jorge offers a garden, free WiFi, a shared kitchen, and a housekeeping service. Great room, shower, comfy beds, excellent breakfast and service, out of this world location. Perfect!

Quinta da Magnólia AR is situated in Urzelina and has a private pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the farm stay for the convenience of those who stay. Location, breakfast and the view.

Set in Velas, Casa dos Lagos - RRAL nº 2187 provides accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. The property has lake and garden views. The apartment was very clean and we enjoyed the garden, the view, the laundry facilities and the peacefulness of our stay. Leodora was an excellent host!

A good location for a hassle-free getaway in Urzelina, Casa d'Avó Guesthouse and Apartment is a farm stay surrounded by views of the mountain. I was kindly surprised from this accommodation. Everything was perfect I felt like home. I have to appreciate the kind personal, clear room, very nice terrace, beautiful view and the homemade cookies :). A lot of owners could inspire how to manage their businesses.
