My flight was delayed by 12 hours and Jarod provided reassurance and simple instructions to enter the property - even though I wasn’t arriving until 7am! Well this is a very nice find. Special little hotel which has been done really well. The people are fantastic and the hotel has an amazing restaurant with pool on the roof. I would recommend going! Already have a to friend visiting PR in the next month. I will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was truly exceptional, thanks to Victor, who made it a memorable experience. He brought the meal with such joy and passion, describing each dish in detail. The coffee was perfectly brewed with just the right touch of spices, and the peaceful atmosphere added to the charm.

The location was perfect! So convienent and quiet. The staff are charming, engaging, polite and professional. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were excellent. Super clean facility!!! I will be back very soon!! The rooms need dimmer switches on the lighting in the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfotable. The pictures on the website don't do the property justice. I loved that they had 2 luggage racks, one for each of us.

Short walk to nice beach “Balneario El Escambrón.” (Walk to right as you exit the building, then turn left on C. San Agustín.) Excellent beer and wine at Ambrosia Fine Wines https://ambrosiafinefoods.net/ a block to the right as you head out the main entrance, at intersection of C. Martín Fernández. (It recently opened so it’s not on Google Maps.) It was an easy cheap Uber to the cruise port.
