Arranged for champagne and flowers at my request and reached out closer to the date to confirm. Big shout out to Maria for all her help!! Staff were great as well as the food. Located in Zakopane, less than 500 metres from Krupówki and 300 metres from a railway station, Nosalowy Park provides air-conditioned rooms and a lobby bar. I reserved 4 rooms to accommodate 8 of us. The rooms were next to each other and were fabulous. The rooms were quiet and my balcony was awesome! We loved the outside Jacuzzi. The breakfast was amazing as well as the service. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Of note, If you call the spa or restaurant and they don’t pick up, they will follow up with a phone call a few minutes later. So don’t worry…they will get back to ya. Thank you to all the staff for making this trip with my family so memorable and amazing! Till we meet again!

Excellent location if going to the thermal baths in bukowina, few good restaurants and shops around, we rented a car and it is just a few minutes drive from zakopane, beautiful views of the Tatra mountains from our balcony, staff very friendly and helpful. Included was use of the spa with a jacuzzi steam room and sauna which looks to be recently renovated and very clean. Great value for money considering how lovely the hotel is, would definitely go back and would 100% recommend it staying around the zakopane region.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in Panorama in March, 2024: the stunning mountain views our room offered, the heartwarming hospitality of the hostess, the comfort of the accommodations - the spaciousness of the rooms as well as the softness of the bed. What's more - the location of the hotel provided effortless access to the natural wonders of Zakopane region - the hiking trails are within a walking distance: a perfect place to stay.
This is the perfect spot for a family getaway. The kids' club kept our little ones entertained throughout the day, while we enjoyed the amazing facilities. The bowling alley downstairs was a hit, and the rooftop restaurant offers breathtaking views of the Tatra Mountains, making for a memorable dining experience. The huge swimming pool, complete with a waterslide, was a favorite for both kids and adults. There's also a well-equipped gym, an arcade for the kids, pool tables, darts, racquetball courts, and more. The range of activities makes it the ultimate place to stay in Zakopane. We’ll definitely be coming back!
The rooms are nice and big with lovely bathrooms. There is a great selection for breakfast and the hotel were able to cater for my husband being a coeliac. The pool area was nice - I had a nice massage too for a good price. The hotel was really clean and very geared up for kids - lots of play areas and games room etc.
