Everything was good except location , if you are looking to explore Zakopane and morskie oko, its better to book near Zakopane PKP as there is limited connectivity from Poronin to Zakopane

Poronin is a nice little town, far from Zakopane’s crowds so perfect for those looking for a quiet place. Zakopane is only 10 to 15 minutes drive from Poronin so it’s easy to get there entertained if needed. However, having own car in Poronin is a must as public transport is not great.

Poronin as a town is used by most as a cheaper alternative to Zakopane. I am no exception. I like this town to spend the nights, since it's definitely quieter than Zakopane. And I do care for a good night sleep, where the only sounds from the outside are sheep bells and roosters.
Still, it's close enough to allow getting onto trails of Tatra Mountains National Park or to one of spa or swimming locations in nearby towns. Although my transport of choice was the car, so I cannot speak for those who take the bus. Even with car, getting to Zakopane might be a hassle though, as "Zakopianka" often gets congested, so it's good to accomodate extra time to get to places. Especially if you aren't an early bird.

Poronin is not so close to Zakopane - that may me an advantage and disadvantage at the same time, depending on what are you looking for. If you stay there, it's really great idea to start sightseeing Tatra National Park in Wierch Poroniec - the highest point of entry - and go at least to Rusinowa Polana from which you had a great chance of beautiful view without crowd even at summer Saturday.
I think it's really quiet place (if your room isn't close to the road) and I liked it.

everything was applicable. the Hotel was responding very quickly and politely.
but at the end they're will be always pros and cons of the hotels in general.
TV was in polish language which I recommend to be in English as foreign travelers can enjoy.

We liked everything about the accommodation, was really clean, good atmosphere, very nice view for the mountains Tatry, lot of space for parking. City Zakopane was close to the hotel.
We enjoyed our time in jacuzzi and sauna, perfect time. Our housemaid Gosia was very helpful, welcoming with smile, nice behaviour, everything what we wanted she helped us with.
