I had high expectations when booking and Bacau Bay ended up being beyond what I was expecting! I would highly recommend Bacau Bay to anyone staying in Coron. Staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I am grateful that they even tracked me down when I had forgotten something in my room after check out. The facilities were also beautiful - we spent a lot of time at the pool/bar. I'd also suggest making use of the spa after a long day of snorkeling. A perfect stay!

This hotel is a gem thanks to the owner Judith and its staff, its amazing location overseeing a wonderful river and mangrove forrest and spacious, very comfortable, very clean and very quiet rooms. This was the best stay I’ve had in the Philippines and I highly recommend it for anyone interested in diving and relaxing. I want to thank Judith and her staff for providing an absolutely amazing experience, I felt like home, the food they provided was fresh and delicious. I’ll stay with “The Riverhouse” again when I’m back in Coron!

We were positively surprised, as the hotel was much better than it appeared in the pictures. The rooms are simple but have everything needed, and the cleanliness was outstanding, with daily housekeeping. The entire hotel area was well-maintained, showing great attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with good hot water. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. A great recommendation for those who want to stay outside the hustle of Coron Town while still having good connections.

This property is centrally located and has great access to boat tours, restaurants and attractions. Staff were accomodating and friendly and the laundry service was much appreciated as a family of four with lots of wet gear. The breakfast buffet is completely adequate. I have seen some people in reviews complaining in reviews about how basic it is, however given the remoteness of the area and rustic nature of the town I think the hotel did a great job. You can’t visit somewhere like Coron and expect a Shangri-La experience!

Great staff, great food, super great location! Our room and bathroom are clean, no foul smell or anything. We did not encounter any issues. It is also very easy to book a motorcycle and tours since the hotel also offered it at a fair price. They also even assisted us with booking a van from and back to the airport which makes it super convenient for us. Overall, great value for money. I would totally recommend Harbour Bliss Hotel to all of my friends who are planning to visit Coron.

Such a lovely place to stay in coron. I couldn't give better feedback about the staff here, the most friendly and always wanted to help you. Prices in the hotel were also very reasonable and comparable with that outside. Would fully recommend staying here. Also booked most activities through the hotel which again was very comparable with that outside. We have been traveling around the Philippines and this was one of the most relaxing stays we have had.

I would give more than a five star rating for the staff. She was super friendly and very accommodating! She helped us with finding good local places to eat as well as our mode of transportation to get back to the airport! It’s a family run hotel and everything met my expectations. Small cosy room with Hot water, AC, and also breakfast was fantastic! The Olmert sandwich was delicious! The hotel was accessible. Right at the core of downtown Coron

a great place outside the Coron town casino. one of the best places of our holiday in the Philippines. everyone very helpful and courteous, thanks to Rose's advice we made some magnificent discoveries outside the classic tourist routes. exceptional advice for eating typical dishes and home-style cooking 1 minute from the property. the availability and friendliness of the whole family was perfect. thank you so much for everything.

The enchanting allure of the yurt is complemented by the exceptional service at Nomad, where the staff's dedication goes beyond expectations. Their attentiveness shines through, as they promptly fulfilled our request for a mosquito net, ensuring a comfortable stay. The homemade breakfast stands out as one of the finest we've experienced in the Philippines. Nomad comes highly recommended for those spending a few days in Coron.

Excellent located hotel in Coron proper centre. Our room on the first floor was spacious and comfortable, with a shared terrace with tables and sunset views. Breakfast was great and the service started quite early in the morning! We didn´t have the chance to try the hotel restaurant for dinner but, judging by the long queue (and some good recommendations!), food was probably really good.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was spacious, featuring a lovely balcony. The hotel staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. Honestly, it’s an excellent value for the price. If I ever return to Coron, I would definitely stay here again.

Great resort. From what I can tell probably the best option in Coron. For sure anything close to Coron town. Pickup from the airport was great. We did not have anything booked but they were just there waiting for us. It was easy to book tours, massages and everything through the hotel. You can also pay with a credit card which is great. Pools and entertainment room was great.

On the top floor at the front is a room with huge glass windows on 2 sides with a fabulous view of Coron, the water and surrounding islands. This brand new hotel is in the heart of Coron. The hotel is surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and laundry. Let the gorgeous staff arrange everything for you from tours, airport transfers to massages.

Hotel was lovely and staff were so kind. They even had sandwiches prepared for our ferry journey as we weren't going to be make the breakfast. Really central and they provide a shuttle up and back to the town! Hotel room was basic but exactly what we needed. Would stay here again if I return to Coron.

We were looking last minute for somewhere to stay, we found this at a very reasonable price. We did not expect much going by the price, but were very pleasantly surprised. Very nice and clean hotel, breakfast was cheap and very good, staff very helpful, also in a very central area of Coron Town.

What stands out about the Philippines and The Funny Lion in Coron is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The Funny Lion was a great place to stay. Getting to the day boat tours was a short trip. There always seemed to be a happy hour on when you needed it! The rooftop bar was great.

great location in coron town, clean room & amenities. loved the water / coffee / tea station near our room to refill water bottle. shower had good pressure! Our host was so helpful and accommodating. staying here was a great start to our holiday in the philippines.

Perfect accommodation for solo travelers who are not looking for a party hostel! The location is very accessible, a 5-minute walk to downtown Coron. Breakfast was fantastic and the ladies at the reception were very hospitable and always helpful to assist you with anything.

I love how friendly and accommodating the staffs were. The value of money for a modest room and a breakfast was amazing. It was a safe place to stay. The staffs were also very helpful and kind. Great stay at Coron!

For a rather cheap hotel we were more than happy with this place! Very clean and well maintained hotel with a quite nice location in Coron town proper. Would definitely recommend this place for every group of friends
