The hosts were very hospitable and enthusiastic, taking care of our every need and providing us with great travel tips. They also picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station when we left. You can rent a motorcycle at a discounted price and it will be delivered directly to your residence, which is very convenient.

In one line - we thought the reviews were too good to be true, but all they are all true. One of the best places we have ever stayed at and we can't wait to be back! We had an amazing time at Shuim Dive Resort. The owners and their staff are friendly and kind, and they made us feel like guests in their homes. They themselves have an amazing life story and they would gladly share that with you over dinner. We went swimming and snorkelling everyday (they provide all the equipment you'd need, for free) and spent a good amount of time just hanging out in the garden, having a beer, watching the ocean. The walk to the main street is super easy so we tried out a handful of restaurants, yet it is far enough that we sleep wonderfully every night in peace and quiet. And if you need tours or bikes, there is a provider right at the corner of the street. They had the most adorable dog and cats, and the owners are always around to make sure you have everything you need. We were even sad to leave at the end :(
