The Mayana Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Dauis. With free WiFi, this 3-star hotel offers room service and a concierge service. We loved absolutely everything about the Mayana Resort. The beautifully decorated rooms, the swimming pool, hospitality and above all the food. Food at the resort is one of the best we have had in the Philippines. They clearly have a very capable chef. The staff also helped change our ferry to a later time at last minute and went out of their way to do that. Similarly, they arranged earlier breakfast for us when we needed to leave early for an excursion. We will be sure to stay here if back in Bohol.

The property is nice, new and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Room service was provided everyday including water. The host was courteous, responsive, and provided helpful information to do around the island. The location is perfect as it’s tucked away from the main road and it’s only a few minutes walk to the restaurants on the main road.

Very comfortable and clean room with AC, lovely swimming pool to relax in the morning with a delicious breakfast or after a long day of activities, motorbike rental at an affordable price and all of this while being only 10 mins away from the centre (Alona Beach…). And if this wasn’t enough, the lady running the place (I forgot to ask her name regrettably) and her dog Choco were simply adorable and kind ☺️. She welcomed us with open arms at 4am in the morning, gave us some excellents tips and recommendations for our stay in Panglao/Bohol and even arranged our transportation to the port!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUNSHINE ☀️ STAY PANGLAO!!!
