Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa sits at the base of Mount Otemanu, placing you in the midst of paradise. We were at several resorts and this location sits on probably the best spot opposite the mountain. It’s modern, smart designed, with clean and light bungalows, ours with plungepool. The staff, both young French and Tahitian were enthousiastic, interested and competent. The layout of the resort is efficient and makes best use of the view. Some of the cocktails of their own design were delicious and the food allowed for both fine dining or a cheeseburger. Frankly, it was like one imagines paradise could be. It’s a long way from Amsterdam or Paris, but worth the miles. The weather this November was very sunny.

Set in Bora Bora and with Mount Otemanu reachable within 13 km, ALAROOTS BORA BORA CAMP offers a private beach area, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a shared lounge. We loved everything on the motu, the beach, nature, the coralgarden between the motus, fishing (we didn't catch any fishes but anyway, it was nice) , the host Tapu was really great , and his friends , really good people. Every evening, we had a great time together with dinner , barbecue, people from everywhere, laughing and talking, and learning a lot about BoraBora and French Polynesia. Really hope we meet Tapu and his friends sometime again 😊👌 /love from Sara and Joel

Boasting pool views, Tiki House features accommodation with an open-air bath and a patio, around 2 km from Mount Otemanu. The hosts are such nice persons and so helpful. I really enjoyed this stay. Fred and his wife always take care about everything and me too. I wish I can come back as soon as possible. Thank you guys so much for all you did. Tina

Ovaj raskošni resort smješten je uz obalu rta Matira Point. Privatna bijela pješčana je dostupna isključiva gostima. Objekt sadrži jedinstvene bungalove smještene nad vodom. The location is fabulous. The water surrounding the water bungalows was shallow and perfect for me as I can't swim. Had also a lot of fun with the kayaks provided by the hotel. The stuff is amazing, super helpful. And the breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The transparent table with the corals + fish underneath was the perfect touch for the room.
