Good things in Panama city: good public transport, The Old town, Lungo mare, Albrook national bus station; Bad things in Panama: police are everywhere with huge machine guns. This fact change any "positive vibe" while walking around Panama city. I ask myself, crime is so popular in Panama? Who wants to come to visit place like that? Probably 99,9 people speaks only spanish which i consider strange. People are not too friendly. They are in "gringo" mode all the time...
