It features free WiFi and a free shuttle to the centre of Queenstown. staff were so kind and friendly at every turn. rooms are stunning, clean and have everything you need. the lakeside view is incredible. super helpful shuttle to take you into town and there's a gorgeous lakeside path to walk it if you prefer.

Located at the heart of the Central Otago wine region and just a 20-minute drive from Queenstown Airport, Gibbston Valley Lodge and Spa offers luxury accommodation, 5-star personal service, an on-site... The property was fabulous from check in to check out. All the staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. The room was well appointed with lots of little fine touches such as a candle and matches by the bath. The wine tasting was fun to do, the food in the restaurant was delicious, we ate in there both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had a facial in the spa which was the best I’ve had in a long time. We were sad to leave and would happily have spent a few more days there exploring the vineyards and relaxing. But I have to say the staff made it! Thank you for looking after us so well, we will be back!

The staff is very nice and easy to communicate. The views in the room and in the public space is just like a magical world.

Lo Spire Hotel è un elegante hotel boutique situato nel cuore di Queenstown. Everything was amazing with our stay in the spire hotel. Firstly, the reception staff was really professional and helpful, she even initiated to help us decide on where to have for dinner and booked the table for us. Secondly, the room is massive, there’s even a separated section for the wardrobe. The water pressure is amazing, which is really important to us. The fireplace makes the room so warm and cozy. They have smart tv as well, with Netflix and YouTube installed. All their non alcoholic beverages at the minibar are complimentary. They serve amazing breakfast as well, not the buffet style, but ala carte, and you can choose to have it in your room or in the restaurant. We had dinner at their restaurant on our first night, the food was unexpectedly great, and the bill came so much more reasonable than other restaurants we went during the trip. Everything was just spectacular.

L'arredamento è di design, estremamente curato in ogni dettaglio ed è un vero piacere per gli occhi. Le camere sono molto spaziose, con bei divanetti e poltrone, punti luce ambientali ben pensati e letti comodi, nonché molte prese in posizioni utili. Abbiamo potuto usufruire della sauna e dell'happy hour (complementary) disponibile nel pomeriggio, nonché di una scorta illimitata e autorifornibile di acqua, latte, thè, caffè e bevande fresche. C'è un piccolo parcheggio che si può riservare con un supplemento ma è piuttosto scomodo parcheggiare se si ha un'auto grossa, in alternativa in strada si trova facilmente parcheggio. La posizione è molto centrale, con un breve sentiero nel parco di fianco all'albergo si scende fino alle strade principali della cittadina, dove si possono trovare tutti i ristoranti e i negozi. Si trova anche in una posizione della città che è protetta rispetto alla tratta degli aerei quindi non si sente nessun rumore di aerei dell'aeroporto, problema che invece riguarda molte altre strutture di Queenstown. Soggiornare in questo albergo non è stato solo piacevole, ma è stato addirittura una splendida esperienza che ripeterei senza ombra di dubbio.
