Great service! Staff were very friendly! I was a returning customer, and was shocked that the lady at the front desk remembered me.
Room was fantastic value for money - large. Beds super comfy and room felt really clean. Quiet and peaceful which didn’t expect being on main road. Enjoyed a bath. Had heater, air con, a ceiling fan and opening windows! Buffet breakfast was pretty good for special price - took advantage of it. Staff super friendly.

I had an amazing stay at Distinction Hotel, Rotorua! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The facilities were top-notch, and the kids especially loved spending time in the pool. The included breakfast was outstanding—so much variety and everything was delicious! Our room was quiet, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Distinction Hotel, Rotorua, and would definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a private jacuzzy spa tub for the room. Very friendly staff. It is close by to the city and to the most of the tourist attractions in Rotorua. Worth for the money.

The beds and the cleaned cabin were the highlights of our stay.
We stayed in an ensuite cabana which is small but cosy. Clean and functional. The resort has excellent facilities and is convenient for many walks in the area. 6km to town so also peaceful and quiet. Congratulations to management for a well run establishment.
