Birdsong Cottage blew me out of the water -- it's gorgeous, calming, immaculate and the hosts, Susan and Gavin, go above and beyond in ways that make you feel more like whānau than guests. The cottage is very pretty, clean and extremely comfortable with much evidence of attention to detail. I asked if I could check in earlier since I was checking out of a previous lodging at 10am and Susan was truly accomodating although it was a big ask. I took advantage of the property's stunning aesthetic with photos galore and spent most of the time on the porch with wine or coffee. I am a big Tūī fan, so it was an absolute dream and the hosts are mindful to make sure that birding is optimal on the property. At their kind insistence, Susan offered me fresh eggs and Gavin drove me to the Paraparaumu airport. Stunning experience, I cannot recommend it enough.

Sundari Retreat berlokasi di Otaki, 48 km dari HortResearch, serta menyediakan patio, taman, dan WiFi gratis. The decor, Dale’s extra touches (the breakfast, cookies!) and we loved watching a movie or two in the evening. Also, Dale was incredibly kind, taking us to the beach and our bus. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Super comfy and clean tiny house with simply everything you need. Lots of love put into it, indeed. Fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. Spotlessly clean as well and Sarah was a great host. I really did not know what I was booking so it was a very pleasant surprise. Also I enjoyed talking to the owners who were very hospitable.

Berlokasi di Paraparaumu Beach di wilayah Wellington, Dream Escape for 2 adalah akomodasi bintang 5 yang mempunyai WiFi gratis. Great value and peaceful stay. Hot tub is open until 10pm which is great for a quick relaxing dip before bed. I wish I could have stayed longer to read all of the books. Parking is good and it felt like a safe area. Stayed with my partner but would equally be happy to stay as a solo traveller as I felt very safe and secure.
