Located in the heart of Gisborne's shopping precinct, the Emerald Hotel features 50 spacious rooms, free wifi, a swimming pool, undercover carparking and a fitness centre (currently being renovated). Room 8215, excellent. Excellent room size, spacious. great bathroom size. Great view, may consider second floor for a better view of the river. Good location, well sited within easy walking distance for dining out. Parking was easy and convenient, The balcony for this room was quite large and would have easily sat up to six at the table.

White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower and spa very nice. And the lady at reception was very friendly. This is how all accommodations should be.

Located in Gisborne and only 300 metres from Waikanae Beach, Two Palms provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Great location -- short walk to center of town and city beach. Room/bathroom very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Bed was sooooo comfortable. Owner/Host very knowledgeable, friendly with helpful advice. I highly recommend and would be my choice of where to stay in Gisborne.

It is the most beautiful art deco home. We lived it. Stunning windows and it was roomy enough for us all to spread out.

A recently renovated apartment situated in Gisborne, Esplanade Townhouse features a garden. The air-conditioned accommodation is 1.3 km from Waikanae Beach. Loved our stay! Very clean and was very accomadating🙂 spacious with the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on! We traveled with our 8 month old puppy ( pet friendly accomadation) 🙂 thankful and greatfull. Beautiful townhouse! We will definitely be back to stay.
