Loved everything about this hotel and definitely going to come back! The facilities are amazing and took full advantage of the pool/gym/SPA area, which is wonderful and open long hours everyday, allowing a sport session early in the morning and an evening realxing moment after work in the pool or sauna which are super well equipped and clean. Rooms are great, spacious and you can find everything you might need. Our arrival has been particularly nice and got the warmest welcome from the amazing Evita at the reception - she has been super sweet to us and allowed an early check in, finding an alternative room since mine was not ready yet. Loved it - 10/10 to her! Kudos also to Aleksandra that welcomed us to the SPA area both nights of our stay and that has been an absolute pleasure to meet - super helpful, kind and smiley! The hotel staff definitely made the experience perfect, in a structure that already went beyond our expecations.

Its a great place to go, easy access from airport - you can spend around 140NOK on return ticket with the red shuttle bus or buy a ticket from a shop in arrival hall for 30NOK single and use regular bus that runs from other side of a carpark and takes you to the city centre. Tromso is nice small town with Polaria (live seals, history of ice melting, global warming, quite interesting), beautiful library (building is nicely modern and I recommend see it both day and night), Artic Cathedral is worth to see at least from outside, cabin car to the top of a mountain/hill is good and functional if weather is good (unfortunately due strong wind we did not manage to get on a top), loads of restaurants, everything is close, so 2day was enough for us :-)

The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping area. There are also some good restaurants around there and the airport shuttle is in a two minute walk. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We've been provided an early check-in and that was very nice as we were tired and had heavy luggage.

Absolutely fantastic place with a stunning view, one of the most beautiful places we've ever slept in. The staff was nice and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The house had a beautiful living room with a breathtaking panorama on the lake, the apartment had everything we needed and was just as in the photos. The bathroom was very comfortable, which is quite rare. The parking was big and comfortable.

Nice little Bed and Breakfast place with exceptional views, with or without the Auroras. The views were amazing in every direction and the people there were very friendly and helpful.
