The staff were very talkative and helpful, easy to communicate with, the restaurant was very nice with some great food and also the rooms were very comfy and easy to access with a code to enter room instead of a swipe card you could easily misplace. The communal area was also very cozy and nice to sit and relax in front of the fire.

This is fabulous hotel on the edge of town - the staff were a highlight, from my checkin with Richard to the incredibly warm and helpful Tina and other receptionist from the UK, and really great bar staff Davide, Tito, and Tartour who were genuinely friendly and as interested in the landscape and all Svalbard has to offer. The company is fortunate to have such great staff! The hotel was perfectly cosy and inviting as were its staff! The n. lights can be seen from the back of the hotel - it was perfect.

The property is very unique in terms of the look & feel of the boutique hotel. Not too big but tastefully made. No shoes allowed inside so it stays clean thru out. Nice breakfast.

El Radisson Blu Polar Hotel se encuentra en Longyearbyen y es el hotel de servicio completo más septentrional del mundo. Excelente hotel con muy buena ubicación. Ofrece una gran variedad de servicios, tiene un restaurante y un Pub muy buenos. También el servicio de conserjería en la recepción vale la pena. Nuestra habitación era amplia y cómoda. Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo con nuestra bañera pero el personal de limpieza acudió a nuestra habitación de inmediato para resolver el inconveniente. El personal fue súper disponible y amable. Camila en la recepción supo atender todas nuestras dudas. Luciano, Carolina y Giorgeta fueron súper lindos con nosotros durante el servicio del desayuno (buenísimo por cierto, rico y abundante ) y durante la cena de Fin de año. Estamos súper contentos de nuestra elección.

El Haugen Pensjonat Svalbard, situado en Longyearbyen, a 1,3 km de la iglesia de Svalbard, ofrece alojamiento con WiFi gratuita. What an amazing place, it’s located in a perfect spot on a beautiful street where you can often see the reindeers. The room was very clean, beds comfy and the owner was so friendly and helpful, highly recommend!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed. The toilets were always incredible clean and free. The rooms were bit small, but enough. The breakfast was amazing!! The view for the city was also amazing! 10 stars all around
