Situated in Groningen, 2.8 km from Simplon Music Venue, Leonardo Hotel Groningen provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and concierge services. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning. The man at reception was extremely helpful and good humored. He made our check-in super easy and was so kind. We were asleep by 4am and checked out at 10am. We did have coffee at the cafe before leaving and everyone was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Parking in the underground garage was very convenient.

This unique design hotel offers rooms with themed décor featuring movements from art history. The arrangement might look a bit odd at first - its reception is in a small restaurant/bar - but it's actually very nice. The staff are very friendly. My room didn't have paper towel, and I don't know if it's regular or just me, but since I brought my own I didn't particularly care about that. Plus, there was a friendly and curious cat meowing outside the room in the afternoon, which made my day. (Attached its photo)
