Book your tours, taxis etc thru him. It’s the best deal and everything happiness without any issues. The property is quiet and clean. But a quick walk to restaurants - and it’s on the main cobble street with restaurants and patios. You can bring any food in and eat it poolside. And the kitchen is clean and organized with all that you need to prepare your own food. The pool is lovely also.

Extremely helpful staff! A very central location. The hotel also helps you book tours and shuttles and provide laundry services as well. Loved the dogs and cats there too. We loved our room, we were upgraded to a room on the upper floors and it was just gorgeous. The pool is very refreshing after a day exploring the city. The location of this hotel is right in the heart of all the great spots - around the corner from the chocolate museum, the garden cafe, the cathedral, the convent. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and sweeter. Breakfast was yummy. It feels like a true boutique stay whilst still keeping their prices reasonable.
