Everything about this hotel was lovely. Its a small cosy place and I can't sing enough praises about Helena the receptionist. She's a star and extremely helpful. I give this place a 10/10 review especially because of her.

Habitació nova (suposo que estavem a la part nova de l'hotel), amplia i amb balcó. Dutxa, bany i llits molt bé. Parking al soterrani, mol bé. Esmorzar correcte ( la sala és antiga i sense luxes). Personal molt amable, gràcies a l'Alfeus per la seva ajuda amb la tarja del telèfon que haviem comprat a l'arribar a l'aeroport i no ens funcionava. Alfeus ets genial!!!! Molt a prop del restaurant The Tug on es meja molt bé i a bon preu. Exel.lent opció Swakopmund amb molt bona relació qualitat preu.
This is a gem of a place. Quiet but central location. Easy walk to town centre. Room was more like a suite. Excellent breakfast and informative host.
Stayed after the desert tour. So refreshing! Very welcoming staff (especially the lady/the owner?, who was present during the breakfast), super clean room, quiet and cozy!

What a secret garden indeed. Great security and the rooms arranged around an internal courtyard were very well equipped and thought through. Our suite with terrace was a self catering apartment; very comfortable with a little lounge and kitchen. Inga was most helpful and booked us into a local restaurant for dinner. There were many lovely pieces of art reflecting her parents as gallery owners. Highly recommended for a stay in Swakopmund which deserved more than a night to explore. Our vehicle was also secure in a parking lot opposite the hotel. Location was great near to the centre but very quiet at night.
Espai excepcional. L'habitació era magnífica, molt gran, i amb vistes al desert des del llit, des de la terrassa i des de la saleta. El personal molt amable. L'esmorzar molt complet i les vistes des del restaurant també són esplèndides. Llit molt còmode i tot molt net. Malgrat l'esforç econòmic que ens ha suposat (és l'allotjament més car que hem estat a Namíbia), creiem que val la pena i repetiríem segur.

We could not have wished for a better stay. The property is set in beautiful gardens and the tranquility is a real tonic. Our self catering unit was well equipped and spotless. What made our stay however was the first class customer service. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Everything was incredible. We arrived early, but were immediately met by a very nice young lady that checked us into our wonderful 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment has everything necessary for short or long term self catering. The large 2 bedroom unit has a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. The rooms and bed were spacious and comfortable. Within blocks of the main street and the jetty.
Clean, safe and highly welcoming. The staff were extremely warm and friendly.
